SBWP Water Walking Passport Rates Get your cardio in, while staying cool in the lazy river! When the water park is open, join us Mondays-Thursdays (weather permitting) from 6:30pm-7:15pm. Water walking passport is for admission into the water park for water walking only.
MPCC Indoor Pool Information The Manassas Park Community Center natatorium is an NCAA short course certified indoor pool consisting of eight 25 yard lanes, a zero depth entry, and a spa. The pool temperature is maintained at a comfortable 82˚F. Kick boards, pull buoys, and life jackets for patrons are available for use while at the facility. Certain areas of the pool may not be open for public swimming due to swim lessons, group exercise classes, or league rentals.

SBWP Birthday Party Package Scheduling your child’s birthday party at Signal Bay Waterpark is easy - Make a reservation at Signal Bay Waterpark, Manassas Park Community Center, or online! Birthday Party Package includes:
• Two slices of pizza and a drink for all child guests • One hour and 45 minutes at decorated picnic tables in one of our shade structures • All day access to the Waterpark for each paid guest • One FREE adult chaperone (age 16+) per child guest • Solid colored tableware and utensils • Party host may bring a cake and additional food/beverage. Signal Bay Water Park (SBWP) Signal Bay Waterpark is a 27,000 sqft aquatic facility within Signal Hill Park featuring a zero depth entry leisure pool with water cannons, slides, and a lazy river. Showers are available.
