◊WCRB Adult MMA Class◊ (Ages 18+) With emphasis on spatial awareness, self-discipline, and self-defense, students will learn a mixture of several different martial art forms. Students will feel empowered and excited to a new challenge. This is a white-to-black belt course with testing two to four times a year. $50/month for one class per week; $80/month for two classes per week; $100/month for three or more classes per week. Classes end in June.
