School Age Level 2

(Ages 5-12) This level is for children who would like to learn competitive swimming skills, specialized drills and overall water fitness. Students should have mastered all 6 Red Cross swimming strokes prior to enrollment.

Adult Beginner Lessons

(Ages 16+) Afraid of the water? Never learned how to swim? Then this is the class for you! Our swim instructor will start with the basics and go from there.

School Age Level 4

(Ages 5-12) Prior to starting this class, children should be able to swim 2 continuous laps of both freestyle (front crawl) and back stroke (back crawl). They will be introduced to all 6 Red Cross swimming strokes: Front Crawl, Back Crawl, Breast stroke, Side stroke, Elementary Back stroke and the Butterfly stroke. They will also learn proper flip turns, diving skills, and swim team techniques. $21/AAM; $35/M; $45/R; $55/NR
