This class is a functional alternative to traditional ‘aerobics’ classes that will improve coordination, balance, and flexibility, while simultaneously burning calories and helping to build lean muscle mass.

Restorative Aquafit Gentle movements will help increase flexibility, range of motion, and strength.

Senior Strength and Stretch Designed to help seniors improve their cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength, senior stregth and stretch offers a variety of aerobic and anaerobic exercises utilizing medicine balls, dumbbells, exercise bands, and stability balls will be incorporated into this functional, exciting, and low impact class.

Our group meets once a week to plant, water, harvest, and discuss plans for the garden. Come join us for a great opportunity to learn and enjoy nature.

Express Yourself Through Journaling Join us for a laid back hour of writing, but don’t worry we won’t be sharing what we write, unless you want to. Whether it’s a line from a song, or you’ve been itching to get the pen moving on something other than homework, or you just want to write a story, this is the place for you.

Oversized Board/Yard Games Have you ever seen giant Connect Four, Jenga, Checkers, or Chess game pieces? We have them here at the Community Center, and every Wednesday we play! There’s some friendly competition between the teens and staff.
