Ph.D. Program Fee Refund Policy for Academic Year 2022-23 The following policy for refund of Fee in case of withdrawal of admission from the Ph.D. programs during Academic Year 2022-23 is applicable: i) In case of withdrawal before last date of admission: Full refund after deducting 5% as processing charges. ii) In case of withdrawal between last date of admission and commencement of course work: Full refund after deducting Rs. 5000. iii) In case of withdrawal within 15 days of commencement of Course work: 50 % of fee will be refunded. iv) No refund in case of withdrawal after 15 days of commencement of Course work
