✓ The action taken reports were received by the respective Committees of Feedback and their recommendations were reviewed during the 2nd Quarterly meeting of IQAC held in Dec 21, 2020. Academic Audit for AY 2019-20 was conducted during the month of September-October 2020. The action taken reports were received and reviewed during the 3rd Quarterly meeting of IQAC. The Administrative Audit of all the Sections enlisted under 6 clusters was conducted during the month of March 2021. The action taken reports were received and reviewed during the 3rd Quarterly meeting of IQAC. AQAR for the year 201920was prepared and presented for review in IQAC and subsequent approval in BoM. The approved AQAR shall be submitted to NAAC during the month of July 2021.

Association of Spoken Tutorial Program, IIT Bombay with MRIIRS to learn free and Open-Source Software through Spoken Tutorial: MRIIRS is officially now an Academic Centre for Education through ICT, Govt. of India to spread IT Literacy all over India. MRIIRS is officially now a network institute of IIRS outreach network. Participants will have an exciting learning experience in the field of Remote Sensing, GIS and GNSS technologies and their applications. Credit Transfer for successful completion of MOOCs from multiple platforms including SWAYAM, Coursera, Edx, Udemy etc. Environment and Green Audit was conducted by the certification body BSCIC certifications Pvt. Ltd. on 18th and 19th Feb 2021. The certificate of Green Environment Audit was issued to MRIIRS, after


assessing the campus on following parameters: -Waste minimization and recycling -Greening

-Energy Conservation

Admission Module – Bulk Email Sending

Koha Library Software: Library has migrated to Open Source based LMS Koha from proprietary based LMS Libsys. During this period, Koha has been used for circulation modules in the library. • Module for conduct of open elective courses is also fully functional now. The respective courses are allocated across the different Programmes of the University through EMS only.

• Usage of Virtual-labs for conduct of Practical classes for the various courses of Engineering and Computer Applications • Association of Spoken Tutorial Program, IIT Bombay with MRIIRS to learn free and Open-Source Software through Spoken Tutorial: MRIIRS is officially now an Academic Center for Education through ICT, Govt. of India to spread IT Literacy all over India. MRIIRS has applied for NBA Accreditation for Management Programme, SAR has been submitted successfully and the department is preparing for NBA Peer Team visit. Student Orientation Program for newly admitted students was organized in three broad batches: Engineering, Management and other than Engineering Programmes commencing from on 1st Sep 2020 onwards.
