Preamble: IQAC at MRIIRS is highly committed towards constant quality enhancement. Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS) is an integral part of assessment with respect to Curricula followed and Generic Facilities provided at the University. SSS (Part A- Feedback on Curricula and Part B- Feedback on Generic Facilities) is conducted as per the laid down policy of the University through IQAC. The parameters of Student Satisfaction Survey are as follows: Part A-Feedback on Curricula 1 Suitability of present curriculum towards program 2 Relevance of courses taught in terms of futuristic technologies 3 Technical and soft skills acquired for multidisciplinary real-life situations 4 Balance between theory and lab-based courses 5 Aptness of training / projects & research work undertaken 6 Pedagogical initiatives (Effective use of ICT Tools) 7 Availability of learning resources (Library, e-contents) 8 Infrastructure (Class rooms, Labs etc.) for effective curriculum delivery 9 Academic Flexibility (Choice Based Credit System) 10 Outcome Based Education & Lifelong Learning 11 Aptness of examination pattern and evaluation scheme 12 Competence in critical thinking, problem solving and creativity acquired through curriculum 13 Slice of industry component / interaction in curriculum Part B-Feedback on Generic Facilities 1 Computer & Internet 2 Health Care 3 Teaching & Learning support 4 Mentor-Mentee relation 5 Administrative support 6 ERP support 7 Training & Placement support 8 Extra-curricular initiatives 9 Sports 10 Discipline & Culture 11 Canteens & Food courts 12 Hostel (if applicable) Students provide feedback on the above parameters on 5-scale rating (Outstanding, Very Good, Good, Average, Below Average). Actions Taken on Received Suggestions/Recommendations: The feedback on curricula and generic facilities for AY2019-20 was collated in online mode through i-cloud EMS. All the departments submitted their respective Analysis Reports and Action Taken Reports to Feedback on Curricula Committee. Member Secretary- feedback on Curricula Committee presented the compiled Feedback Report with the details of proposed new courses, new programmes, and new value-added courses as per the suggestions of different stakeholders in the second Quarterly meeting of IQAC of AY2020-21 held on 21st Dec 2020. The suggestions made by different stakeholders and as recommended by committee on Feedback on Curricula were critically reviewed and considered in this meeting of IQAC. The recommendations of Feedback on Curricula Committee as considered in IQAC, were shared with respective Head of the Departments for its due deliberation in their next Board of Studies. The recommendations made on generic facilities were shared with respective administrative heads for further analysis and immediate actions. The sample Action Taken Report is compiled as Annexure II.

A shop for buying stationery
Central Stationery shop is already there in A-Block. Mentors were advised to orient the students about the central facilities available along with the location. All mentors Essentials and packed foods WHSmith has store within the MRIIRS campus, students may would be great. get their essentials from there. Industrial visits are regularly organized by all the departments of MRIIRS. During AY 2019-20, the planned industrial visits got hampered due to pandemic, though few departments including Civil Engineering have also organized Virtual Industrial Visits during this period. The academic planning including number of teaching days is done as per the mandate of Regulatory bodies. Mentors were advised to guide the students in this matter. All mentors University follows the attendance criteria as mandated by the Regulatory Bodies. Apart from that University has laid down the Policy to earn points with respect to Manav Rachna Life Skills under three categories: Co-Curricular, Extra-Curricular and Entrepreneurship.
