Children's author to visit Manchester Community Library learn how to draw and create their own imaginative pictures. Parents are welcome to participate and draw with their kids. The public is invited to an opening reception on Saturday, November 4, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Refreshments will be served. Doris is an enthusiastic watercolor artist with a strong style and feels her mediums blend perfectly with her active lifestyle. She enjoys watercolor for its easy portability, and especially for its spontaneous spirit and sparkling colors. With her love of the outdoors, it is only natural that most of her paintings are done on site. She is an active exhibitor and member of the Southern Vermont Art Center near her home in Historical Weston Vermont. Also a member of the Vermont Water Color Society. In Delaware, Doris is a member of the Rehoboth Art League, and a member of the Delaware

Doris Ingram will be the feature artist at Dorset Library for the month of November. Water Color Society. She teaches watercolor both in Delaware and Vermont.
