Schoony's Country Market
Loomis Paint and Flooring Everyone knows who we are
Jim, Lisa and Richard French, owners.
Family-owned country store Since buying Schoony’s Country Market in 2015, the French family – James, Lisa and Richard – has done their best to return to “old-school country store roots.” The full-service grocery store includes both a deli and a butcher shop. They offer fresh-cut meats and burgers, in addition to daily lunch and dinner specials. As well as offering free delivery of pizza, wings and subs within a 10-mile radius of the store, they will also deliver groceries and other items to the elderly in the community. For James, fulfilling a lifelong dream makes him work even harder. “I always
dreamed of having my own business,” he said. “We are going to focus on customer service and strive to meet customers’ needs.” James notes the benefit of patronizing local businesses. “When customers buy here, it puts money back in the community,” he said. “I myself try to buy everything local to help support other businesses.” When he’s not busy at Schoony’s James enjoys spending time with his dogs and his family. Schoony’s Country Market is located in North Granville. The store can be reached at 518-345-5049.

Quality upholstery service Whether it’s a boat, car or recreational vehicle that needs new replacement upholstery or canvas, Got It Covered Canvas Products located at the Whitehall Marina in Whitehall can handle any job you might have. The shop offers canvas replacement of all types and design, including new construction. “There’s no need to travel far,” says owner Bill Pearo. In fact, he said – they’ll come to you. The business also has an 18-foot mobile shop on wheels. “We’ll drive from Albany to the Canadian border serving Vermont and New York,” Pearo said. To accommodate anyone who happens to be further north, Got It Covered Canvas Products has a second loca- Bill Pearo, tion, a satellite shop in Vergennes, Vt. In addition to regular customers, Pearo adds that he has had customers from as far away as Texas and Arizona use his services. The store has also shown its strong commitment to the community by helping out emergency services with repairs, providing complementary upholstery to police cruisers, rescue boats, and fire trucks. Got It Covered Canvas has even reupholstered 80 coach passenger seats for Vermont Railway on cars used for Fall foliage viewing.

owner The business services 14 marinas and has a strong and growing line of residential and commercial customers. If you need work done, the best advice is to call and schedule the work in advance (don’t wait until the last minute). You don’t want to miss a day of being able to be on your boat or snow machine during the season. The time to book for summer is now. Got It Covered Canvas is now located at its new home at The Whitehall Marina, 7 North Main St. in Whitehall. For more information, call the shop at 518-499-5301 or check them out on Facebook!
When the Sunoco gas station closed last winter, it didn’t take long for Mo Ahmad and Khan Wasif to see an opportunity to step in and revitalize the business by offering gas—and so much more. “We had an opportunity to serve the community,” they said. And so the Whitehall Food Mart opened offering drivers more than just a fuel refill, but the chance to refuel on coffee, soda and snacks. The market also offers grocery items from bread to milk to eggs. Without a full service grocery store in Whitehall, such offerings are indeed welcomed by shoppers. It is at the market that camping and fishing supplies along with cigarettes and tobacco can be purchased as well. If that wasn’t enough, the Whitehall Food Mart is currently waiting for its liquor license. “After approval, we will have a large
variety of beer,” Ahmad and Wasif said. Perfect to wash down the pizza, deli selections and hot food that are also coming to the market soon. “We want to offer a large amount of products at very competitive prices under one roof,” the business owners said. After all, they believe the success of their company depends upon satisfied customers, which is their primary goal. Wasif and Ahmad operate the Whitehall Food Mart guided by the following beliefs: the most important person is the customer; serving customers is a privilege-not a right; we are dependent on our customers (“they are not dependent on us”); customers are the purpose of our work; and, there is nothing more important than our customers. The Whitehall Food Mart is located at 185 Broadway. Its phone number is 518499-1000.

Slate Valley Lanes
Granville Area Chamber of Commerce
Brandon Bickford, owner
Leagues, parties, OTB and more Brandon Bickford and family, who also own Broadway Lanes in Fort Edward, purchased the former Granville Bowling Center in August 2014. “We wanted to expand our business and the Granville Bowling Center was the perfect fit for us,” said Bickford. Since purchasing the business the Bickfords have been busy cleaning and modernizing the facility, as well as providing family-friendly entertainment for the Granville community at an affordable price. In addition to bowling for recreation, the center provides birthday and corporate parties, bowling leagues and tournaments. They also have a bar and are an OTB center. Bowling leagues have really taken off with the new Slate Valley Lanes. As an example, the Juniors League went from 10 to 36 bowlers this year. Bickford cred-
its Cheryl Lurvey who has helped with the juniors for a long time. The center is also looking at establishing more “short season” leagues next year. “We’re trying to get the bowlers back that stopped bowling, for whatever reason,” he said. The center is very involved with the community. “We have all types of fundraisers for different organizations, such as the Granville prom, Slate Valley Museum and Boy Scouts,” he noted. When not busy with Slate Valley Lanes, Bickford said he enjoys spending time with his family and watching his children Hannah and Will participate in their sports, which include hockey, baseball, and of course, bowling. Slate Valley Lanes is located on County Route 24 in Granville. The center can be reached at 518-642-9855.

Whitehall, N.Y. Birthplace of the U.S. Navy in Memorial Park on Main Street across from the American Legion Post 83 at 148 Main Street. This granite wall is a tribute to the Whitehall veterans who answered the call to freedom in World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam and the Persian Gulf. If you are there on a Friday night, stop by and enjoy Post 83’s Fish Fry starting at 6 pm. Looking to bring home a piece of the past? Treasure shopping in one of the antique stores makes Whitehall a destination for antique and collectible seekers.
And if you are an outdoor enthusiast, Whitehall is the place to be. Here one can play golf or rent a boat or camp. You’ll also find great fishing, hiking and canoeing! The town also has events such as a summer carnival, summer concert series, an authentic Indian pow-wow, town-wide yard sales, a Christmas minimall and a winter festival. Drop by for a visit anytime. For more information on upcoming town events, shows, dining or shopping, visit www. whitehall-chamber.org.
As Time Goes By... There is lots to do and see in Whitehall. History right in your back yard! Settled in 1759 by British Army Capt. Philip Skene, Whitehall was once a center of maritime trade. Famous for its place in naval history as being the birthplace of the U.S. Navy, the town has several historical landmarks and buildings. History buffs will enjoy visiting the Skenesborough Museum. One will get a good feel of what it was like to live in Whitehall in the 19th and 20th centuries. While there, visit the beautiful park, view the hull of the USS Ticonderoga and explore a train caboose from long ago. If you are not a history buff, but like great food, you might enjoy having a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner at
one of Whitehall’s restaurants. There’s a few hard choices to make from waterfront dining to watch the boats as they cruise by on the canal to one of the many restaurants filled with historical charm. Maybe even keep an eye out for the Louis McClure, a full-scale replica of an 1862 class sailing boat built in Burlington, VT. For a one-of-a-kind meal, why not dine at the Skene Manor? The mansion, once the home of Supreme Court Judge Joseph H. Potter, is now beautifully restored. Skene Manor is opened April through December. Station House Bed & Breakfast
American Hardware/ Salem Hardware Friendly, personal service
Wayne and Michelle Shaw, owners
Home away from home Nestled between the Adirondack Mountains of New York and the Green Mountains of Vermont, this beautiful bed and breakfast is more than a hundred years old and is in the colored slate capital of the world in Granville. Michelle and Wayne Shaw started their bed and breakfast in 2005 to help with the cost of maintaining the building. They started with one room and now have five. Once the old D&H Railroad station, it has been completely renovated from front to back and is 165-feet by 27-feet with beautiful gardens all around to enjoy during the spring and summer seasons. The bed and breakfast is very handy for travelers, being that it is located on Main Street. It is within walking distance to quite a few sights, including the Pember Museum of Natural History, the
Slate Valley Museum and the beautiful Mettowee River. Many other attractions such as skiing, boating and shopping are all within driving distance. “There is a lot going on in Granville,” Michelle Shaw said, “and we needed to have another great place for travelers to stay.” The renovations that have been done would surprise any traveler and they welcome anyone to stop on by and browse. It will take you back in time. “One of the best and most relaxing parts is working in the gardens in the summer,” says Michelle. If you’d like to reach the Shaws at the Station House Bed & Breakfast for an overnight, you can reach them at 518-9550771 or 518-642-1276 or visit at www.stationhousebb.com.

Chapman's General Store in Middle Granville
Where time slows down for a while With more than one hundred years of tradition in serving the people of Middle Granville and surrounding communities, we must be doing something right. At Chapman’s, we pride ourselves in combining the charm and personality of an original country store with the convenience, quality and service required by the pace of living today. We continue to provide our customers with quality foods prepared fresh and are best known for our fresh subs and sandwiches, hot soups and lunches made daily. We open at 5 a.m. serving breakfast sandwiches, burritos and wraps. Walk into the aroma of fresh brewed Green Mountain coffee at the coffee bar and select a homemade treat from our bakery cupboard. Sit and eat in one of our booths while enjoying our friendly atmosphere with local memorabilia and historic photographs of Middle Granville. Bring your laptop or smartphone as we provide WiFi ser-
vice 24/7. Besides fresh made treats, we have a full deli with cold cuts, fresh-made salads and soft ice cream in summer, oldfashioned penny candy, groceries, Battenkill dairy, lottery tickets, an ATM and “the coldest beer in Middle Granville.” This past year, we began offering Pit Stop gasoline with non-ethanol premium brand, as well as diesel, kerosene and propane tanks. So come on in and try one of our many manly subs and sandwiches. Perhaps the “Golden Gobbler,” the “Roast Beast,” or maybe the “Mad Cow” is what you’re looking for. The famous “Flatlander” or “He-man Woman hater” could be just for you. Whichever you choose, come in, sit down and relax in a place where time slows down, if only for a while. Visit Chapman’s General Store at 7 Main St. in Middle Granville (or 1409 Route 24 on your GPS).
Gemini Fitness Your clock is ticking... Mary was a middle-aged woman who was having progressively more discomfort in her hips. Bob was a 40-year-old guy with high cholesterol. Karen was a 70-year-old senior who needed a complete shoulder replacement. Peter needed both knees replaced. These individuals all had one thing in common. They needed help. While the names are fictitious, the individuals are Schuyler, Christina, real. And their health problems were real. None of us are getting any younger. As we age, our bodies slowly decay from within. Literally. Until we are at the point where parts of our bodies are no longer functional. It is just a matter of time. Sound too scary or depressing? It doesn’t have to be. Individuals with these types of conditions and health problems come to see us all the time. We can’t cure disease or fix broken bones, but we can re-energize your life and help you get back on your feet. We can help you get stronger before a surgery, recover faster after a surgery, or help you get control of When you are struggling with physical or health problems, most of us want the “magic pill”. Something to just make it go away. There is no magic pill, however, except for the temporary relief from some pain. Most medications we take don’t necessarily “cure” our problem. They just mask the symptoms.
Lindsay Sr. and Lindsay Schieffelin There are a few people out there who share our belief that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Instead of waiting until their problems becomes chronic, they take steps to make sure the problem doesn’t happen at all. If you want to become a member of those whose lives will be significantly better as they age, stay active. You don’t have to join a gym like Gemini Fitness, but you need to be physically active. People who are physically active live far more enjoyable and interesting lives. And their quality of life is much better because they can keep doing the things they love far longer than those who chose to remain sedentary. Getting fit doesn’t take more than about 15-20 minutes, three days per week. If you would like to learn how you can become more physically active, stop by Gemini Fitness and ask us. We are located at 11 E. Main St. Or call us at 518642-2550. Helping people. That’s what we do every day at Gemini Fitness.

Stop by and visit the showroom located on 8986 Route 4 in Whitehall between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Saturdays by appointment. Andre Hagadorn, owner In a day when local businesses are struggling, Andre Hagadorn is bucking the trend. The founder of Adirondack Natural Stone has shown that business can thrive with hard work, honesty, integrity and commitment. It is with that outlook since opening their doors in 1996, that Adirondack Natural Stone has become known both locally and worldwide for offering quality stone products for any project. From quarrying to production, Hagadorn oversees the complete line of superior building and landscaping stone. The company’s best sellers is their thin veneer line, which is real stone cut to approximately 1” thick. Using a thin veneer stone reduces labor costs as well as time. It also allows one to install stone without a concrete shelf to support the weight of the stone. Thin veneer will also not deteriorate like a composite or concrete product – and it is REAL stone. Have a special request for a unique cut or hard to come by size? Adirondack
Natural Stone can help. The company’s fabrication shop can also make custom hearths, mantles, steps, treads, sills and even headstones. Recently, Adirondack Natural Stone expanded its business to keep up with the ever-growing customer demand for thin veneer. “Things are hopping!” said Karen Doran of Adirondack Natural Stone. “We’re seeing a nice increase in our daily production.” The company recently purchased the old El Dorado stone facility, including machinery and equipment, which is located 3 miles north of their original facility to keep up with the evergrowing demand. The purchase provides Adirondack Natural Stone with 15,000 square feet of shop space to produce thin veneer, making it one of the largest saw shops in the Northeast. The company also expanded its custom fabrication shop in its original location to help in keeping up with their fabrication orders. Adding success to Adirondack Natural Stone is their sister company, Apex

For centuries, man has had an abiding passion for building with stone. It provides strength, elegance and enduring protection. It is resilient, and timeless. The Chippewa (or Ojibwa) are among the largest groups of Native Americans throughout North America and Canada. Their name stands for “the good humans” or “the good people”, meaning those who are on the right path given to them by the Creator. These words aptly describe the passion of the people who harvest the earth’s bounty with dignity and respect, to produce products of alluring beauty and eternal strength. They are the people of Chippewa Stone.

Stewart’s Shops credits its growth to the growing customer demand for easy food and beverage options, as well as the expansion and reinvestment into its shops and the hard work of its partners. In 2016, the company built 6 new stores, rebuilt 10 existing locations and completed 20 major remodels. Stewart’s Shops is also committed to giving back to the community. The company donates approximately $2.5 million a year to local non-profits and the two Dake family foundations each contribute an equivalent amount. Notably, the 2016 Stewart’s Holiday
Match program set a record for the third consecutive season, raising over $1.85 million for local children’s organizations. Each individual donation is matched penny for penny by Stewart’s Shops. There are no administrative costs and 100% of the funds benefit local, nonprofit children’s organizations. Allocations will be made in March 2017.

Mid Town Automotive
Skene Manor
Convenient location for auto repairs Enjoy lunch in Victorian Tea Room Back in 1999, when Mark Zajicek was looking to start his own business, a suitable building on Route 22 in Middle Granville became available. He wasted no time acquiring the building and, thus, wasted no time in establishing Mid Town Automotive. One of the reasons he started the company was to offer close-by service for people in the Granville area. “People don’t like long-distance auto repair,” he commented. “Here, they can drop it off and pick it up at their convenience.” Mid Town Automotive’s services include brakes, complete exhaust systems and check engine light diagnostics. They also sell and install tires and do New York State inspections. When he’s not busy repairing vehicles, Mark enjoys cooking barbecue. Mid Town Automotive is located at 9622 State Route 22 in Middle Granville. The shop can be reached at 518-642-2267.

Skene Manor is a historically elegant, gothic-style, Victorian castle located at 8 Potter’s Terrace, sitting majestically over the Champlain Canal and the Village of Whitehall. It was built on Skene Mountain by Supreme Court Judge Joseph H. Potter in 1874, using the finest materials and gray sandstone quarried from the site. Skene Manor was a private residence until 1946 when it was converted into a restaurant. In 1995, Whitehall Skene Manor Preservation, Inc. purchased the building, dedicating all their efforts into restoring and preserving this magnificent part of Whitehall’s history. Skene Manor is on the National Registry for Historic Buildings. All monies donated are restricted to preservation projects and are tax deductible. Skene Manor, easily visible from the waterway and land, with Routes 4 and 22 at their junction, beckons area tourists to visit. And not just visit its grand structure, but all of historic Whitehall-the birthplace of the United States Navy. Excellent customer service Skene Valley Agency is a locally owned insurance agency, with 3 offices in Washington County, and employs 6 people. Being local, the agency prides itself on customer service. The agency started by John Hoagland in 2002, will celebrate it’s 15 year anniversary in April. It started with a small home office and has expanded to include an addition for the office in Whitehall, a purchase of the Shaw agency in 2009 and opening of a Cambridge office in 2011. And the growth hasn’t stopped there. “ We have a broker in Gloversville writing business with us, and are in negotiations with 2 additional producers who may join the team," said Hoagland. Currently the agency serves customers in NY, Vermont & Florida. The agency handles all lines of personal and business insurance. They also have life insurance and a working relationship with Adirondack Financial Planning to offer customers retirement programs and other types of investments. Recently the agency added AFLAC to their lineup
of products and can be purchased in any of the offices. The agency also has a discounted insurance program available for members of the Parks Heritage Federal Credit Union. “We have branched out in many areas to be able to handle all of our customers insurance and financial services needs” Hoagland said. “and being local you are going to get the service you deserve. No 800 numbers, hitting prompts and speaking with people who don’t know you. We are there to handle all your questions and help with any issues you have.” The agency has a new website which contains a listing of all the companies and how to contact them directly, and an area where customers can obtain a quote, pay a bill or make a change to their policy. Sure, they have all the latest and greatest tools and equipment. Sure, there is the computerized frame measuring system, waterborne paint system, touchless tire machine, wheel balancer and a down draft paint booth in their 15-bay collision shop. But all that is just “fluff.” What is really important is the ongoing education and experience from each of the seven technicians that is reflected in each and every job. Their technicians, with more than 136 years of combined service to York Coach Works, have the pride in their work as if they themselves were the owners. The front office is the first stop to a smooth experience with your insurance company. You report the claim and York

Get the personal touch you deserve When you order from an 800 number or order from a website, do you really know who you are talking to or dealing with? Or how many times have you ordered something online and found out you needed another piece of the puzzle? At Fair Haven/Poultney Auto Supply, you will be face to face with auto part professionals. Don’t order from a website or 800 number and wait days. Jimmer Eagan and Al Macomber can have most parts in a day or two and, in most cases, with no shipping charges unless special ordered. Customer service isn’t just a catch phrase at Fair Haven and Poultney Auto Supply stores. It’s a 45-plus-year tradition that Sam and Jeanette Macomber started with the goal of providing quality auto parts and excellent customer service. And, it’s one that Eagan of the Fair Haven store and Macomber of the Poultney store have continued to carry on. Employing that approach has helped the business maintain a loyal customer base for more than four decades. “We’ve kept the same customers because we knock ourselves out for
them,” Egan said. “My guys will go the extra mile for them, and if someone else can do a job better than we can, we are not afraid to refer our customers to somebody else. I do not think that many other places do that.” Egan further points out that the two stores not only meet customers’ automotive needs, but also have parts for everything from lawn tractors to trucks, even carrying marine batteries. “We can fix just about anything with an engine,” Egan claims. He said that Fair Haven/Poultney also always chooses the top-end parts and carries a complete supply of tools for customers to use when they tackle that next automotive project. The stores are located on the Main Street of their respective towns an easy drive from Granville or Whitehall and are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The stores are closed on Sundays. For further information, call Fair Haven at 802-265-3012, and ask for Jim, or ask for Al in Poultney at 802-287-9211.

Fred Doltz, owner When Doltz isn’t enjoying some down time playing sports or playing his guitar, he is out there supporting the community, contributing to local school events and Little League, to name a few. Celebrating two years in business April 11, 2017, the Village Yarn Shop offers a very extensive range of yarns and accessories for knitters and crocheters. After meeting for a few years with friends for a “Tuesday Night Knitting” get-together, Rebecca Dittmeier had the opportunity to buy out the inventory of a shop in Dorset, VT, where the owner was moving to the west coast. From there it was moving things around in the building she already owned in Granville to make room for the yarn. Then there were the meetings with yarn reps to fill in with additional product lines. During the winter leading up to the grand opening in April 2015, the knitting group worked together to prepare to “yarnbomb” the apple trees that border the property at 4 East Main. When the day arrived it was a small army of knitting friends that wrapped the trees with beautiful colored knitted yarn. Since then the shop has continued to grow in leaps and bounds, bringing in more types and lines of yarn. Today the shop carries yarns from Plymouth, Cascade, Berroco, Sirdar, Freia (hand dyes), Brown Sheep (Lamb’s Pride), Noro, West Yorkshire Spinners, Araucania, Juniper Moon, Rowan, Done Roving, Rhichard Devrieze (hand dyes), Colinette, Biscotte, Debbie Bliss, Opal and more. They carry lace weight, sock, dk, sport, worsted, aran, bulky and super bulky in a variety of yarns. They have 100 percent wool, alpaca, cotton, silk and superwash wool. They also have wool, alpaca, cotton, linen, silk , bamboo and acrylic blends of many varieties. Prices start at $3.40 per skein with lots of yarn under $10 per skein. They also have yarn between $10 and $40 per skein. The shop is focused on having something for everyone who loves to knit and crochet. You can also find pretty much any accessory you need for knitting and crocheting. Needles by Knitter’s Pride in double point, circular,

It can be said that Gary and Becky Tyler have a passion for taking care of nature’s business, from snow removal to making lawns green and lush come warmer months. The couple started their snow removal and landscaping business, Tyler Outdoor Services, in 2012. After 33 years working as a correction officer, Gary knew it was time to live out his dream of working outdoors. “I grew up on a dairy farm and after a long day in the field, you can look back on the day you had and get a feeling of satisfaction from what you have accomplished,” he said. Tyler says he now gets that same childhood feeling as he had on the farm when looking at a lawn that has been manicured, completing a landscape job or trimming a 250-foot hedge. All fills him with great satisfaction. Customers are also filled with satisfaction as the Tylers take immense pride in their work. “We listen and work with our clients. After all, it’s their lawn or property we are working on,” the Tylers said. Like beaming parents, they often take pictures of their work. In the early years of their business, the Tylers had just five accounts. But soon their dedication, their attention to detail, their pride in their work, coupled with investing in the right equipment (“we can stripe a lawn and make it look beautiful,” Gary said) garnered the attention of more in the community.
Becky and Gary Tyler This year the Tylers will be offering more services for their clients including lawn dethatching and core aeration, which is beneficial for a healthy lawn. The couple is also investing in a new trailer, a “dumpscape,” giving them the ability to haul all of their equipment and not have to unload the equipment to dump debris. “This will save us a lot of time,” they said. Time that will be better spent caring to the lawns of their clients. After all, their business motto is: “To Make Your Lawn Beautiful.” Tyler Outdoor Services is located at 23 Williams St., Granville. For more information, call 518-260-0650.

Bonnie Brown can’t sing the praises of Skenesborough Harbor enough. A resident going on 11 years, Brown has been pleased with the safe and affordable haven she has found in Whitehall. Rent at Skenesborough Harbor is based on income. There are no water, sewer or fuel bills to worry about. Neither do residents have to worry about keeping up with home repairs or the pesky task of shoveling snow or mowing the lawn. “They do the repairs, leaving you to rest, travel and just have fun. You’re truly retired here,” said Brown. In addition to the low-stress and lowcost living, Skenesborough Harbor seeks to build community among its residents offering large gathering room complete with a stove, refrigerator, TV, couch and dining table. It’s a space to come together and have meal and to enjoy special classes such as knitting. Whitehall is just one of the many locations in which the National Church Residences offers affordable apartments for adults ages 62 and older, as well as the mobility impaired. National Church Residences is an organization that has dedicated a half century of effort to providing quality housing for those in need. Established in 1961, the organization initially focused on senior citizens, but expanded its mission to include the housing needs of low and moderate income seniors, families and adults, the homeless, persons with disabilities, and a host of supportive health care services. The apartments in Whitehall, Rutland and Pittsford are an independent living community for seniors and are HUD subsidized. Most would be surprised that

Country Horizon Realty Offering personalized, professional service to buyers and sellers Country Horizon Realty located at 4 East Main St. is owned and operated by Rebecca Dittmeier who has been in the real estate business in this area for over 33 years. Rebecca is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both New York and Vermont. Country Horizon Realty is also represented by Nancy Greene who is a licensed New York State Associate Broker and a licensed Vermont State Broker and by Linda Ross who is a licensed New York State Sales Person. All three women grew up in this area and know the area very well. They are a strong team and have worked together for more than 12 years offering Personalized, Professional Service to both sellers and buyers. Being licensed in both states makes a huge difference in the service they are able to give buyers and sellers. Since many people are flexible about which state they live in it gives buyers more options. For the sellers it increases the number of people who may be interested in their properties. In a nutshell Country Horizon Realty lists and sells properties by either representing sellers or buyers. While they certainly sell many of their own listings when representing the seller and working with buyer customers, they also sell listings from other agencies when working directly for the buyers. Many people still don’t realize that Rebecca, Nancy and Linda can show any listing, from any agency, on the market. If you are looking to buy or sell real estate in NY or VT give them a call at 518642-9030 and they will be happy to work for you. Their interest is in making sure
