LET’S DENSE This design proposal aims to create a rural neighbourhood, where it has a resilient and co-exist living style. The idea of the site is to transform the suburb as a landscape with mixed density of 4 housing types, in responding to the existing Werribee River, the adjacent neighbourhood and the south-side assets of Werribee (Werribee Zoo, Historical Manson & the Rose Garden). The Public life of the community is driven by a network of libraries and the business district within the site. A Car-free street stretches from the east neighbour towards the Werribee River bank. A tram loop is set out along the main street, where each tram stop will have a 5minus walking distance from the residental area.
