DINAGYANG LIGHT PARADE

More than 10,000 spectators witness the Dinagyang Light Parade at the Iloilo Business Park. It was one of the highlights of the Dinagyang Festival, where lighted floats and illuminated dancers participated. A fireworks display capped the festivities.
