Mehendi, sangeet, late night antaksharis, papa ke jokes, mausaji ke bhoole bisre geet, Harshit ka extremely DUMB charades, bhaiyya-bhabhi-Isha ki dance performances, Swati ka lehenga, Nand ki sherwani, ghodi ki sawaari, baraat ki tayyari, shehnai & band, flowers, frames, props and selfies, make ups and touch ups and finally, Lights, Camera, Action...! Months of maddening preps between Delhi and Jaipur led to the D-day when Swati and Nand said “I do” in the presence of all those who matter. The bride in all her finery walked down the aisle flanked by her sisters, brothers and friends with the air of the officer that she is towards the gentleman of a groom. He held her hand and welcomed her in his life and his family. With all the ceremonies, fun, frolic, a heartfelt vidaai followed by a warm welcome, the two marked the begnning of a new story in their book of life. Thank you Indian Air Force to bring these two crazy people together”.
