Here at Mann Publications, we always spend a lot of time and attention making sure that our cover stories are the right fit for us. Therefore, I am very excited that all three of our magazines’ covers for the month of February are celebrating Black History Month. For the cover of Mann About Town, we are highlighting accomplished Black mixed-media artist Courtney Minor. This is particularly exciting for us, because Minor’s story touches on two topics that we feel very strongly about: supporting the arts and promoting Black history and culture.

The rest of the magazine is also filled with incredible content, much of which continues to highlight the importance of Black History Month and Black culture. We are very excited to share these stories with you. and we hope you will join us in celebrating these talented Black creatives and their work.

As we continue to celebrate Black History Month, the Mann Charitable Foundation is also in the process of putting together a fundraising event where the proceeds will go to charities that support and uplift the Black community. All of our February cover stars have shown excitement about the idea, and we are excited about the event’s potential.

We are always continuing to add more wonderful categories to Mann About Town, and we are particularly excited about the way that the art world has graciously welcomed us. We also have a lot of terrific travel content to come, and are excited to be working with The Destination Designer. Mann About Town continues to reach new heights with each issue and we couldn’t be more grateful. Mann About Town has taken us on a journey that my team and I could have never imagined and I could not be prouder of what we’ve all accomplished together. We are always collaborating, evolving and moving with the times, and I look forward to the ways that we will continue to grow together.
