Welcome back to Mann About Town! It is with great excitement that I introduce you all to our February 2023 issue. We have rounded up the hottest trends in dining, shopping, travel, fashion and more this month for you all. For our cover story this issue, I was lucky enough to speak with Courtney Minor, an extremely talented Black mixed-media artist. Her art focuses on expressing emotions through mixed-media collages that really draw you in and tell a story. We could not be more thrilled to have her grace our cover and share her incredible story with all of you. In honor of Black History Month, we are very excited to highlight the stories of a wide variety of Black creatives and innovators across all three of our monthly Mann Publications magazine titles, and we hope you will join us in celebrating their impact.
In this issue of Mann About Town, we have a number of amazing features, including an interview with Tami Charles, the author of multiple books for young readers that focus on diversity and culture, Apple’s newly released Black History Month content, Whitfield Lovell’s touring art exhibit “Passage,” which focuses on lost African American history and so much more!
At Mann About Town, we are always looking for ways to expand and provide our readership with content we know you will love, and I look forward to continuing to bring you all the cutting edge luxury lifestyle content you enjoy.
Enjoy our limited $30 lunch special Monday-Friday 12-3:30pm!
Curiously nestled behind an enigmatic mural in Midtown, behind a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it door stands Sei Less, a newly minted Asian fusion speakeasy. With an exclusive flair paired with close proximity to establishments like the Garment District and Madison Square Garden, it's the spot to stop at before or after an event.
