PART – I Answer any one question : 1. The line sketch of a residence is given in Fig .1. The specifications are as follows. Foundation : PCC 1:4:8, 20 cm thick and 80 cm width for footing over with RCC masonry in CM 1:6, 60 cm wide, 60 cm deep. Basement : RR masonry in cm 1:6, 45 cm wide, 60 cm deep. Super Structure : Brick wall in cm 1:6, 20 cm thick, height 3 m. Roof : RCC slab 12 cm thick. Flooring : PCC 10 cm thick.

Prepare a plan, cross sectional elevation (XX) showing maximum details and a front elevation of the building.
