Registered to vote
A resident in the area
A British Citizen living in the UK or registered to vote as a Crown Servant or member of the armed forces
An EU citizen living in the UK
A Commonwealth citizen who has leave to enter or remain in the UK, or who doesn’t require that leave and is legally a resident in the UK
