An online account is required to use the website; if you’ve never registered before just follow the prompts on the site to create your family profile, then add classes to your shopping cart and check out when you’re ready. There are so many ways to save on your next class! Register at least three business days before any class begins and save $5 on registration fees. MAC members save $2 on Nature Education programs. i9 Sports offers organized co-ed, 5 on 5 youth basketball focusing on fun, age appropriate skills and safe play. This is a great way to introduce the sport or just enjoy a low-pressure, sportsmanshipcentric experience. All skill levels welcome and no fundraisers. Practices and games are held on Saturdays at the MAC. MAC card not required.

The Mansfield Historical Museum is proud to host Quanah Parker Exhibit: One Man, Two Worlds, a photo exhibit about two people caught between two different worlds. In 1836, a Comanche raiding party took Cynthia Ann from her family. After Cynthia Ann was taken back by Texas Rangers, her son Quanah became an important Comanche leader. On display through Jan. 2024 at the Mansfield Historical Museum.

• Each member of the family 2Y+ must have their own MAC card to participate in programs where membership is required.

• MAC cards must be scanned at the front desk on each visit.

• An annual waiver must be signed each time a membership is purchased or renewed.

• Membership is good for 12 months from date of purchase.

• Proof of residency is required (drivers license). Membership is open to anyone regardless of residency; membership rates are based on residency (76063 zip code) or non-residency.

• Family is defined as up to six members living at one address. Additional family members are $2 each.

• See front desk for information about recreation scholarships and fee assistance.

• Programs canceled by Parks and Recreation will be refunded 100%. Customer requests made by three business days before a program starts will be refunded 100%, except in special camp scenarios. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

• MAC membership is required for any Mansfield Activities Center room or gym rentals; not required for pavilion, field or tennis court rentals.

• MAC membership is required for Kids Zone day camp registration and any recreation programs occurring at the Mansfield Activities Center.

• Membership is not required for special events but you may receive a discount with membership.

• MAC membership is required for participation in Senior Lifestyles programs.

• MAC membership is not required for Nature Education programs at Oliver Nature Park, but members earn a $2 discount per program on those registration fees.

• MAC membership includes access to the gymnasium for open court basketball or pickleball. See Gym Schedule online at bit.ly/gymscheduleMAC.

RESTRICTIONS

• Anyone age 17 or younger will need their parent or legal guardian to be present to sign for their waiver.

• No organized practices or personal training in the MAC gym during open gym hours.

• Children 7Y and under must have a parent or guardian on site at the MAC at all times.

• Children 12Y and under must have a parent or guardian on site at the MAC after 6 p.m.

RENTAL POLICIES

• MAC rentals require annual membership

• Renting party must be 21Y+ and show proof of residency

• MAC rentals must be reserved min. 14 days in advance

• Pavilions must be reserved 7 days in advance; fields 3 days

• Renting party must sign the Policies Agreement and will be held liable for any damages or violations

• Renting party must remain on site for the duration of the rental

• All fees due at the time of booking

• Hourly rate and a $100 refundable damage deposit are due in full at the time of booking

• MAC rentals have a 1 hour minimum during operating hours; 3 hour minimum during non-operating hours

• Pavilions have a 2 hour minimum
