How schools work

Inspectors will be looking out for evidence of leadership and creativity in the learning processes and resources appropriate for the specific nature of intake. They now are less focused on over-prescribed outcomes and encourage teachers to adapt ways of learning that will suit their unique pupil intake and diversity. They also want to see how the school responds and fits into its local community.
