AP Office was a project that was developed reviewing with the client the relevant precedents for the realization of the project, it was found the need to work together the needs program and other professionals were consulted for the definition of the project. Then a joint process of investigation of how customer service office work began. Initially, the development of the project was proposed for three scales: a desk inside a department store, an office inside a shopping center, and an office on the ground floor of a residential building.
