ARKTIKUM 20
這個標誌是於2011年11月設計的, 客戶是位於芬蘭羅瓦涅米的北極中 心。此標誌正是為了中心大樓20週 年的紀念日而設計的。隨後,它也 將被廣泛應用於各個紀念活動中, 包括紀念冊、海報和酒瓶標簽等等 。我的搭檔是Maarit Rousku。
This logo was designed in 2011 for the 20th anniversary of ARKTIKUM building. The logo would be widely used in the anniversary, including brochures, posters, bottle labels and etc. My partner of this project was Maarit Rousku.

Thus, Fauclty of Law in University of Lapland organized such a competition which called for participation of all the design students in the university to join it. In June of 2011, the jury made their decision and my logo design favored all of the six juries. Now, the logo is used in the doctoral programme for recognition.

This is a book for SANTASPORT, which is a company located in Rovaniemi, Finland. The book is mainly about some introduction of training in the period of preganancy. The whole book is approximately 70 pages, which includes six chapters.

版式設計 LUKIJALLE Kuten maratonin juokseminen, raskaus ja synnyttäminen vaativat niin fyysisiä kuin psyykkisiä voimavaroja. Kuten syvänmeren sukellus, raskaus ja synnyttäminen vaativat kykyä hallita hengitystä. Juoksija ja sukeltaja valmistautuvat suoritukseen pitkän tähtäimen harjoittelulla. Raskaudesta selviäminen ja synnytyksestä palautuminen vaativat myös harjoittelua, sillä suuri muodonmuutos voi olla vaivalloista ja nainen kokee olevansa hallitsemattomien voimien vietävänä. 1900-luvun alussa naisten sopivaksi harrastukseksi katsottiin liikunta, mikä kehittää naisellisuutta ja valmistaa äitiyteen. Viimeisten vuosikymmenten aikana nämä käsitykset ovat muuttuneet ja 1960-luvulta lähtien naiset ovat osallistuneet huippu-urheiluun. Tähän päivään tultaessa käsitykset naisten fyysisestä harjoittelusta ovat vain vahvistuneet ja liikuntaa suositellaan raskaana oleville naisille UKK-instituutin terveysliikuntasuosituksessa. Liiku elämäsi tärkeimmät kuukaudet -opas on tarkoitettu terveille äideille, joiden raskaus etenee normaalisti. Oppaan tarkoitus on rohkaista liikkumaan ja sen myötä nauttimaan odotusajasta enemmän. Opas on vain suositus, joten liiku aina omaa kehoa kuunnellen. Raskauden aikana tilanteet voivat muuttua, jolloin ensisijaisesti toimitaan neuvolalääkärin antamien ohjeiden mukaan. Liiku elämäsi tärkeimmät kuukaudet -oppaaseen on kerätty kaikki tämän hetkinen tieto siitä, kuinka raskauden aikana tulee liikkua sekä siitä, miten synnytyksen jälkeen lähdetään liikkeelle. Oppaassa huomioidaan sekä aloittelija että aktiiviliikkuja. Nyt jos koskaan on aika miettiä elintapoja ja lähteä liikkeelle, sillä hyväkuntoinen äiti jaksaa paremmin.
1. NORMAALI RASKAUS
R
askaus on normaali fysiologinen tila, joka kestää 37. – 42. viikkoa. Raskauden kesto on tapana merkitä täysinä raskausviikkoina ja raskausviikosta voidaan käyttää lyhennettä rv. Raskauden aikana äidin elimistössä tapahtuu monia muutoksia. Äidin paino nousee, hormonitoiminta muuttuu ja elimistön neste- ja verimäärä kasvavat. Raskaus merkitsee suuria muutoksia kaikilla elämäntasoilla, kuten esimerkiksi mielentilassa, suorituskyvyssä ja vartalonasennossa. Äiti pyrkii mukautumaan näihin muutoksiin, vaikka jokainen äiti kokee raskauden tuomat muutokset hyvin yksilöllisesti. Tvoiset naiset kokevat sen vaivattomaksi, kun taas toiset kokevat elimistön muutokset hyvinkin häiritsevinä. Raskaus lasketaan alkavaksi viimeisistä kuukautisista, sillä munasolun irtoamista on vaikea määrittää. Munasolun irtoamisen jälkeen tapahtuu hedelmöittyminen, alkion muodostus sekä alkion kulkeutuminen ja kiinnittyminen kohtuun. Istukan ja sikiökalvojen muodostumisen jälkeen, sikiön elimet alkavat muotoutua.

iikunta raskauden aikana edistää äidin fyysistä ja psyykkistä hyvinvointia. Raskausaika, synnytys ja synnytyksestä palautuminen ovat keholle suuri rasitus, joten paikalleen ei kannata jäädä. Kohtuu kuormitteinen liikunta edesauttaa myös sikiön hyvinvointia, joten liikkumattomuus on suurempi haitta kuin liikunnan harrastaminen. Seuraavalla sivulla taulukossa 4 on esitetty raskausajan liikunnan tuomia fyysisiä ja psyykkisiä etuja.

Säännöllinen liikunta ehkäisee liiallista painonnousua, jolloin myös kohonnen verenpaineen ja raskausmyrkytyksen riski pienenee. Jos paino nousee yli suositusten, se lisää äidin riskiä keisarinleikkaukselle, haavainfektiolle, hankalammalle synnytyskivun hoidolle ja virtsankarkailuongelmien kehittymiselle. Raskaus on naiselle myös psyykkinen rasitus, sillä valtavasti kohonneet hormonitasot voivat aiheuttaa tunneherkkyyttä, keskittymiskyvyttömyyttä ja jopa masennusta. Raskauden aikana naisen mieliala voi vaihdella päivittäin, joten liikunta on loistava keino pitää nämä mielialavaihtelut kurissa. Liikunta auttaa äitiä tuntemaan, että hän pystyy hallitsemaan omaa kehoaan, suurista muutoksista huolimatta. Lisäksi liikunta vähentää pahaa oloa ja edistää nukkumista. Liikunta lisää aivojen tuottamien ”hyvän olon hor-

The two small seals are the surname and firstname of the painter. On the right side is the seal, whose aim is to adjust the balance of the whole picture and usually means some auspicious wishes. Is there a tendency of ignoring traditional art in favour of more modern art? Is it possible that in the future the traditional art of Chinese calligraphy will disappear? If so, is it possible for us to save it and how could we do it? Chinese calligraphy is one of the few traditional arts of China, and as such it has a quite long history, over 3000 years basis of Chinese calligraphy is Hanzi, which is the writing system of the Han large in China and eastern world alike. So far, it is still used in China, Japan, Korea, ingapore and many other countries. Chinese calligraphy is written according toS the meaning and specialty of the Chinese characters. Each style of

In 2007, I was intern in H&M Company. In the company, DM magazines are designed every month, then delivered to quite many companies. The magazines are usually about life of white collars, separated to two magazines, one for men and one for ladies. I was responsible for modifying pictures and designing layouts.

In 2007, I designed the brochure for Fudan College, which is a department organized for the first-year students in Fudan University. I was still a junior student in Fudan University, majoring in Art and Design. I collected all the materials from the university, and then designed the brochure for the first-year students, which gives them some guidelines in the first confusing year.

聖誕郵票
CHRISTMAS STAMPS
為了2009年ITELLA公司組織的聖誕 郵票的比賽,我繪製了這些聖誕郵 票。靈感來源於中國古代的傳說, 那是一個關於月亮的愛情故事。據 說這只可愛的兔子住在月亮上。因 此,這只中國的兔子在聖誕節的時 候也會擁有聖誕禮物。
I made these illustrations for 2009 christmas stamps in ITELLA’s competition. The main idea was from Chinese mythology, which told a love story about the moon. It’s said the lovely rabbit is living on the moon. Thus, the Chinese rabbit also has christmas gift for the big festival.

These illustrations were made in 2007, which described the images of Longhua Temple in Shanghai. At that time, I was trying to combine two-dimensional with three-dimensional stuff. Thus, these illustrations were also kind of trial of the experience, modifying photos and drawing patterns in accordance with specific environment.

These illustrations were made in 2009. I traveled in Hunan Province, China, together with the family. The life there was totally different from that of Shanghai. What we could see was fields, rivers and most traditional buildings. Therefore, these illustrations are my feelings about the life in the fields, which left a deep impression in my mind.

永續設計逐漸成為全球共同關注的 話題之一。究其原因,不僅是由於 它涉及產品的三方,即設計師、生 產商和顧客;同時也因為人類共同 的願望:生活的更健康而長久,希 望如今所做的一切能夠最大限度地 惠及後人。然而,伴隨永續設計共 生地一個問題是設計倫理。過度包 裝慢慢成為中國的一個大問題,不 僅引起顧客的誤解,也成為生產商 不正當贏利的手段之一。這個模型 是以茶葉的包裝為例,希望為茶葉 工廠提供一些新的靈感。
Sustainable design is becoming a quite popular topic all over the world. It’s a theme for all the three parts - designers, manufacturers, and customers, in order to live longer and more healthy. However, what also comes with it is another problem - design ethics. Overpackage is gradually becoming a serious issue in China, which may cause misunderstandings for customers and is also a way of cheating for manufactories. This model was designed for Chinese tea factories, which hopefully could give some new inspirations for them.
