Sergio Pereira fort lauderdale Before becoming a consultant, Sergio Pereira has worked for more than 20 years in Training and Development for Citigroup in Latin America. Sergio has worked out of Brazil and Fort Lauderdale, and was personally responsible for the Leadership and Communications curriculum. A great facilitator, he conducts his sessions in Portuguese, Spanish and English. As part of his job, he conducted training and development sessions in Latin America, USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia. On the academic side, Sergio graduated in Business Administration, from Fundação Getulio Vargas, in São Paulo, Brazil, concentrating in Human Resources. His professional background was complemented by several Train the Trainer programs, including Managing People, Leading People, Leading Teams, People Skills. He is also a MBTI certified instructor.
Sonia Dondice são paulo Sonia’s academic background in Public Administration | Fundação Getúlio Vargas, associated with a professional experience acquired both in the financial and human resources areas, has resulted in an increased sensibility to understanding the strategic needs and requirements of Corporations and in developing an approach in tune with the business world. Sonia has been an independent consultant since 1986, working for different organizations throughout Latin America and Europe. Although concentrated in managerial and behavioral training and development, Sonia has also experience in creating and managing other projects, such as performance management, compensation systems, competencies models and human resources planning. All this experience has strengthened the content supporting the conceptual framework of the training programs she has designed. Throughout the years Sonia has established partnerships with several Fortune 500 companies. She is a MBTI certified instructor.
José Luis Anzizar buenos aires Before becoming a consultant, José Luis has worked for more than 18 years in Operations and Technology for Citigroup in Latin America. Based in Buenos Aires, he was responsible for the coordination of regional projects oriented to Treasury products, managing a multinational and multi-cultural team of people. He was also responsible for the Customer Service and Operations for Small and Medium size Corporations in Latin America. His experience as a facilitator was acquired during his management years, conducting sessions in English and Spanish of Leading Teams and Managing People programs. As part of his job, he conducted team and project facilitation sessions in Latin America, USA, Europe and Asia. On the academic side, José Luis graduated in Business Administration at the University of Buenos Aires. He a MBTI certified instructor. In addition to being a training consultant, he is also a visual artist.
