Notice is hereby given that Vopak South Africa Developments (PTY) LTD is applying for the renewal of their Air Emissions License (AEL) in terms of section 47 of the National Environmental Management: Act (NO 39 of 2004) with the Sedibeng District Municipality for their facility located at 190/3 Blesbok, Poortjie Road, Jameson Park, 1441.

The facility provides for storage facilities of Petroleum product (Petrol and Diesel) at a single site with a combined storage capacity of 100 cubic meter. This renewal application relates to the following listed activity.

All persons who wish to register as interested and affected parties in order to comment on the renewal application of the Air Emission License for Vopak South Africa Developments, must contact the Terminal Manager together with the above AEL reference number, name and contact details.

A digital copy of the AEL will be available for review from the Terminal Manager.

The commenting period will commence on the 8 September 2023 to 22 September 2023.
