Our long-standing ETF Team is comprised of leading lawyers and experienced industry professionals with a wealth of experience in advising clients on regulatory requirements and how to manage regulatory risk within their business.
We deliver practical, solution-focused and expert advice on the impact of developments at Irish, Luxembourg and European level as well as providing guidance on all legal, technical, operational and regulatory matters in relation to the establishment and on-going obligations for ETFs. DISTRIBUTION OF ETFs
Our Global Registration Services (“GRS“) and Listing Teams support our UCITS and UCITS ETFs clients (domiciled in Ireland and Luxembourg) by providing a full range of services, from market entry to on-going maintenance and compliance.
The GRS Team provides support and assistance to managers looking to sell their UCITS ETFs in foreign markets. Our experience covers in excess of 80 countries across Europe, Asia Pacific and other EMEA countries.
