diarmuid.mawe@maples.com Diarmuid is head of the Property team at Maples Dublin and he advises on all types of commercial property transactions. Diarmuid has extensive experience advising private equity and institutional investors on all property law aspects involved in the acquisition, management and disposal of real estate assets and loan portfolios. Diarmuid also specialises in commercial landlord and tenant law, advising some of the country’s largest landlords and tenants on their commercial property portfolios. He has many years of experience advising leading private equity and institutional clients such as Goldman Sachs, Irish Life Assurance plc, BNP Paribas REIM, Henderson Park and Tristan Capital Partners on their respective property portfolios across all industry sectors including retail, logistics PRS, office and hospitality. craig.kenny@maples.com Craig is a partner in the Real Estate Group in Maples and advises on all types of real estate transactions. Craig specialises in all aspects of commercial property work, including the acquisition and disposal of investment property, commercial landlord and tenant, real estate finance, the property aspects of liquidations, receiverships and examinerships and the property aspects of corporate transactions. He has also acted on loan portfolio transactions, where the loans are secured by commercial property. He is widely regarded as a market leader in this sector, advising some of the country’s largest landlords, developers and tenants on their property portfolios. Craig has advised financial institutions, private equity investors, overseas investors, insolvency practitioners and landlord and tenant clients. Mary Liz is Of Counsel in Maples and Calder’s Construction team in Maples Group’s Dublin office. Mary Liz specialises in construction law and offers a full service to all construction industry stakeholders both on complex transaction mandates and on issues arising during construction, claims management and dispute resolution. Her experience covers a range of sectors including, commercial and residential development, healthcare, technology, energy, pharmaceutical and leisure.
Aisling is Of Counsel in the Maples Property team. Aisling has extensive experience in all areas of commercial property law with particular emphasis on both the acquisition and financing or real estate portfolios. Ian is a partner of Maples Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. He regularly advises global asset managers looking to establish sustainability focused investment funds in compliance with the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (“SFDR”) and the Taxonomy Regulation. Ian is widely recognised as a leading lawyer in Irish financial services and is recommended by Chambers Global, ILFR and Legal 500.
