The department’s marked squad cars will take on the “retro” black-and- white color scheme with modern-day gold-and-black graphics. Following the proposal by members of the department’ s Labor-Management Committee to change the look, the committee explored the options and proposed several new designs. Members of the department voted on their top choices, and a
