Pacific Pineapple Cider • ABV: 5.0%

Pacific Pineapple rolls ripe Costa Rica golden pineapples into fresh-pressed Northwest apples. This refreshingly juicy and easy drinking session cider will relax your state of mind, no matter your locale.

Pearadise

Corvallis, OR

Cider • ABV: 8.6%

Fresh-pressed pears are fermented together with local apples, then finished by blending in a touch of white wine, resulting in a sophisticated imperial style with plenty of panache. Bosque

Blood Runs Cold East Coast IPA • ABV: 5.2%

This juicy East Coast-style IPA was brewed with a huge late Bend, OR minute and dry hop addition of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Equinox hops to provide an enticing hop aroma. Subtle sweetness from 84 pounds of blood orange juice and zest, balance the aggressive hop flavor.

Strawberry Crush

Sour • ABV: 4.5%

Tonya’s done it again. She started with a tart Berliner Weiss base and then fermented it on fresh strawberries for just the right amount of sweetness and a touch of cayenne to really make the flavor pop. Forest Booth #1

15

Statehood

Cider • ABV: 5.5% H

Full-bodied with strong green apple, rose petal and fresh-cut pine. Tropical fruit-forward flavors of orange rind, pineapple, passion fruit and papaya; finished with banana and honey notes.

Cherrians

Salem, OR

Cider • ABV: 5.8% H

Medium-bodied and perfectly balanced with prominent notes of rain-soaked tart cherries; cinnamon and all-spice notes throughout with hints of watermelon and strawberries on the finish.

Silverton Market Garden

Shakedown on 84 (Milkshake) IPA • ABV: 6.0%

A collaboration brew between Alameda Brewing Co. and Payette Brewing out of Boise, Idaho. This hazy milkshake style IPA features Idaho 7, El Dorado and Galaxy Portland, OR hops all added in the whirlpool and dry hopped. The tropical notes from the hops are reinforced with pink guava and tangerine fruit added to the fermenter.

Betty Bunny

Sour • ABV: 4.1%

Kettle soured golden ale fermented with tart cherries. Refreshing acidity leaves you wanting another sip. Bosque

Quality River IPL ABV: 5.4%

Our second anniversary beer, Quality River is a bright, crisp lager with heavy late hop additions for a bold citrusy hop character with a clean malt backbone.

Aussie Hazy IPA

ABV: 6.7%

Tualatin, OR

A showcase of juicy stone fruit and melon character from Australian hops over a wheat-and-oat malt base for a smooth body and mouthfeel.

16

Forest Booth #6

Anthem Tea Cider • ABV: 5.5%

Anthem Cider lightly sweetened with fresh pressed apple juice steeped with Rooibois & Honeybush teas. Golden-hued with notes of jasmine & nutmeg offset with peach. A sun tea meets cider.

Salem, OR

Anthem Watermelon Cider • ABV: 5.5%

Dominant notes of fermented apple blended with fresh watermelon’s aromas and flavors of cucumber and rose; salted to taste with a touch of coriander. Forest Booth #2

Dragonfruit Cider

ABV: 6.0%

The exotic dragonfruit is part of the cactus family with neonmagenta skin, lime scales, and has a mild kiwi sorbet like flavor. This is fermented from 100% Northwest apples, as well as raspberries. Best of Show at the International Cider and Perry Awards.

Blackberry Cider

Bend, OR

ABV: 6.20%

Made from northwest blackberries and black currant; this is a bold, fruit-forward cider with just a touch of residual sweetness that is “just right.” The tartness of the blackberries is rounded out by the fruit tannins that leave a dry and clean finish. Double Gold Winner awarded by the Oregon Wine Awards. Forest Booth #6

Aloha Sculpin Hazy IPA • ABV: 7.0%

With Aloha Sculpin, we used Brux Trois yeast to turn our award-winning IPA into a tropical oasis, with bright and refreshing notes of mango, pineapple, and guava. This yeast also adds a slight haze, creating a smooth mouthfeel.

Tart Peach Kölsch

San Diego, CA

Fruit • ABV: 5.2%

Our Tart Peach kölsch is a fresh take on one of our very first beers. The juicy aroma and flavor of ripe peach complements the subtle fruitiness from the kölsch yeast in this bright, refreshing ale. Forest Booth #3

17

Li’l Grom Hazy IPA • ABV: 5.0%

Our newest hazy pale brings together Belgian-style witbier body and electric West Coast Portland, OR hoppiness. Wheat, oats, and barley make for a creamy full mouthfeel and haze, with a huge late-hop blast of juicy, tropical, and citrus hop and fermentation character.

Splitter

Pilsner • ABV: 4.6%

Base Camp’s latest pilsner shows off a light malt character ramped up via a decoction mash schedule. Mt. Hood hops are added for bittering, then Santiams for flavor. A cold fermentation with our house lager yeast strain finishes it off – clean, crisp, old world. Forest Booth #3

Cream Ale

Specialty • ABV: 5.7%

Crisp, clean, classic. Where ales meet lagers, a uniquely American brew is born. Our Cream Ale is fresh and inviting, with a restrained use of Willamette hops for a crisp, familiar finish. It’s like those days we get here, where impossibly big clouds frame the purest, sunniest sky you can imagine.

Single Hop IPA

Wheat Penny

ABV: 5.5%

Northwest-style wheat beer brewed with Mosaic and Magnum hops.

Toss This Job and Shovel Wit Belgian • ABV: 5.1%

Collaboration beer from Oregon City, OR Coin Toss and Bent Shovel. The owners of these two Oregon City breweries, Tim Hohl from Coin Toss and Rick Strauss of Bent Shovel, were both laid off from their day jobs earlier this year. So what better way to celebrate becoming full-time beer guys than to brew a beer together. Silverton Market Garden

Lawn Party Golden • ABV: 5.0%

Crisp and refreshing with hints of pine, citrus, and Bend, OR melon from the Strata and Centennial hops, and just a touch of bitterness at the end from the Bravo hops. Find yourself a spot on the lawn, sit back, relax, and enjoy.

Play Wave

Pale Ale • ABV: 5.0%

With Play Wave, we’ve crafted a refreshing ride that’ll keep you paddling back out for more. With Mosaic, Galaxy, and Centennial hops added at the tail end, this easy-drinking Northwest Pale Ale is a tidal wave of citrusy goodness, without the bitter wipeout. Bosque

9-Juan-Juan Mexican Lager • ABV: 4.8% Cerveza-style lager. Crisp and easy drinking.

Diabolic IPA

ABV: 6.3%

Albany, OR Triple hopped with Nugget, Chinook, and Cascade, this IPA is wicked with a perfect blend of hops and premium malts. The devil is always in the details, which results in a smooth, hoppy and dangerously drinkable Diabolic IPA.

Silverton Market Garden

19

Super Loser Specialty • ABV: 10.0% H

Pulled from midday reverie comes Super Loser, a barrel-aged pale ale, redolent of oak, vanilla, and cocoa notes. Street smarter. Still not athletic.

Salt and Seed

Seattle, WA

Sour • ABV: 4.7% H

Made with an even split of pale and malted white wheat, and a sprinkling of acid malt. Bittered with Huell Melon and Northern Brewer hops for 10 IBUs. After souring in the kettle for three days with Lactobacillus, one pound of salt was added to the boil and five gallons of natural watermelon concentrate into the fermenter. Forest Booth #1

3-Way IPA

ABV: 7.3%

Our annual Summer Seasonal IPA collaboration. This year we joined forces with Modern Times Beer & Holy Mountain Brewing to create a hazy juice bomb using Comet, Citra, and Ariana hops.

Spruce Budd

Astoria, OR

Specialty • ABV: 5.7%

With nothing more than organic pilsner malt and handharvested spruce tips for ingredients, this field beer might be the best thing you have ever put in your mouth. Hints of spruce, citrus, and more spruce – each glorious sip tastes like an adventure in the woods. No hops. Forest Booth #7

The Dirty

Hazy IPA • ABV: 7.6%

This New England-style IPA juice bomb scores high on haze and epic on hop. Truck loads of Citra and Mosaic hops assault your olfactory senses while the unfiltered pulped-up body slides down like a fresh glass of O.J. Surprisingly dry with a clean, not clingy, finish.

Hibiscus Helles Lager

The Dalles, OR

Specialty • ABV: 5.2%

A classic German Munich Helles lager infused with delicate botanical flavors produced by the petals of the Hibiscus plant (Hibisceae). It pours a stunning Oregon sunset pink body and finishes bright with a delightful tartness.

20

Silverton Market Garden

Citrus Maxima Pale Ale • ABV: 5.7%

Tart and juicy tropical flavors of grapefruit and pomelo complement the citrusy hop character of this balanced and refreshing pale ale.

Summa’ Time Lime Lager

Hood River, OR

Fruit • ABV: 4.5%

A light, refreshing lager with a hint of lime for that on-the-beach vibe. Celeia and Northern Brewer hops, pilsner malt, and flaked yellow corn work seamlessly together in this fresh and zesty, easy-drinking lager. Forest Booth #3

Satellite of Love Fruit • ABV: 7.3%

Our seasonal saison is fermented with a special yeast blend and aged with apricot.

Kölschtastic

Portland, OR

ABV: 5.2%

Sometimes you simply want a beer that’s just delicious. One that’s crisp and flavorful, a subtle balance of malt and hops – a traditional beer. You don’t just want a kölsch, you want a beer that’s Kölschtastic.

Forest Booth #7

Driving Ms. Hazy Hazy IPA • ABV: 7.0%

Our take on a New England-style IPA, with bright juicy citrus notes that are perfect for a hot Summer day.

DJ Jazzy Hef

Salem, OR

Hefeweizen • ABV: 5.4%

Forest Booth #4

21

Red Hills Pilsner ABV: 4.9%

Klamath Falls, OR

Bosque

Dark Swan Sour • ABV: 8.5%

It’s a sour ale fermented with dark red Petite Sirah Petaluma, CA wine grapes, giving it its uniquely deep and rich purple hue. Then it receives the signature Lagunitas treatment with a healthy dose of experimental dry hops. It’s smooth, slightly sour, and superbly strange.

Citrusinensis

Fruit • ABV: 7.5%

We took some fresh Sanguinello blood oranges, juiced ‘em, concentrated that juice (without heat) and threw it into a wheatier version of our DogTown Pale Ale. The end result? A refreshingly hopped pale-ish ale with a huge citrus burst.

22

Bosque

Grain Out Specialty • ABV: 6.7%

Thirst quenching ale brewed with German ingredients and a hint of acidity.

Rupert’s Kiss Sour • ABV: 4.5%

Forest Booth #8

Goldilocks

Belgian • ABV: 7.0%

A collaboration with Townshend’s Tea using their Golden Potion, which features turmeric root, cassia cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and turmeric powder. Turmeric helps contribute a deep golden color. Phenolic spiciness derives from the saison yeast.

Ginger Peche Blond

Corvallis, OR

Fruit • ABV: 7.7%

This is a Belgian-style blonde fermented with ginger, apricots, and peaches. It is bright and spicy with a little tartness. The spice from the ginger and yeast clove character is balanced with the sweetness of the apricot and peaches and creates a deliciously drinkable ale. Silverton Market Garden
