Material The materials used are locally sourced, personally selected and hand picked, majority of the time, it is an intimate process, in particular the sea materials, their selection is based on the interaction and intervention between the sign and connection of energy. All materials are sourced locally in Penzance and also most parts of West Cornwall, 100% Cornwall. All pieces are bonded with Gorilla wood glue in this piece. While all the mirror sculptures are ornamental, they also have functional use, such as looking into the mirror and also placing small jewellery items or keys in the shells and driftwood sticking out. All usages are at owner’s decision.

Preparation All driftwood and sea materials are as is, they have been naturally dried over time. No chemical has been used to treat it. Preservation of the spirit within its entirety, sea salt and all. Up-cycling, Recycling All sculptures are created with various everyday items that have seen better days. These creations charged with the "SOM," energy in its essence give second life through incorporating them in the sculpture; and as such they bear their unique characteristics, such as minor blemishes, scratches and tonal changes. Time All items were collated over time and then completed a particular concept; specific materials were then targeted specifically for the piece, and in these cases the bright yellow shells and the small white stones of same to similar colour. These items were completed over a long period of time.

Uniqueness One of many unique factors of this sculpture compared to the others is that more sea glass was used, in particular the blue piece on top; as a "jewel in the crown," and the yellow shells making a downward journey. It is envisaged that these sculptures hold within them a positive charge and as such should give you an uplift each time it is looked upon. The work on the back of the mirror is equally beautiful and tranquil to look at, the item can be appreciated from both sides. Authenticity All work bear the artist's signature and a date, followed with this one-off leaflet, bearing the photos of the front and back and information unique to this piece. Notes Please keep them away from direct sunlight and also dampness. Due to the natural materials in their natural forms majority of

the time, there may be sharp and jagged edges on them. 4. Tri Scallop Mirror

Handling Please handle with care. Each sculpture is unique and therefore there is no “set-way,” to hold and handle them. Because each piece of sculpture is created with natural materials as well as the bonding glue used means that holding in an awkward way or place will dislodge and or break bits off. The best way to handle this piece as follows in the diagram. To lift up you can hold it from the top with your thumb and index finger, ensuring that thumb is pressed on the glass/mirror and the index finger on the same spot on the back (where it is covered with drift wood)
