Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa The state of the art facilities in the new Hepburn Bathhouse allow visitors to unwind and benefit from bathing in natural mineral water in a modern luxurious environment.
The Bathhouse The Bathhouse includes the Relaxation Pool and Spa Pool.
The Sanctuary The Sanctuary includes access to the Bathhouse as well as Spa Couches, Monsoon Showers, Aroma Steam Room, Salt Therapy Pool, and Relaxation Deck. Numbers are limited in The Sanctuary and therefore bookings are essential. Children under the age of 16 years are welcome in the main Bathhouse area.
The Spa The original restored Bathhouse is home to the day spa. A host of sublime beauty and body treatments await promising to relax and renew.
Drawn straight from the source, our private pure mineral water baths offer a holistic bathing experience. For optimal results, we recommend pairing a private bath with a facial, body treatment or massage. Indulgent Bathing 45 minutes

This bathing experience begins with a body scrub for you to apply before you bathe to soften your skin. A bath additive is provided to compliment the benefits of the scrub. Emerge and moisturise your body with a luxurious aromatic moisturiser.
Relaxing, soothing and reviving, a Private Mineral Bath increases circulation to cleanse and revive your body whilst relaxing the mind. Choose to enhance your bathing experience with the addition of an aromatic bath blend.
Water Therapies Cocoon 60 minutes
Spring Revival 60 minutes
A luxurious hydrotherapy escape. Relax as a mud mask is massaged over your skin whilst you enjoy a scalp massage. Aromatic steam infuses the nutrients from the mask deeply into the skin. The Vichy shower cascades gently washing away the mud and salts, leaving the skin deeply nourished.
Enjoy a purifying hydrotherapy experience. Dry body brushing gently exfoliates and invigorates the skin before you are wrapped in warming Hungarian herbal mud which is enriched with cinnamon and paprika. Enjoy a de-stressing scalp massage before revitalising water gently rains from the Vichy shower over your entire body, eliminating toxins and enlivening the mind.
Spring Rain 60 minutes A refreshingly hydrating experience. Rest as your skin is gently polished with a calming sugar scrub enriched with orange essential oil and Champagne grapes before a chocolate truffle mask is smoothed over your body to firm and tone. Whilst cocooned, stress will ebb away as your scalp is massaged before water cascades from the Vichy shower overhead. Emerge feeling renewed.
Private Aroma Steam Relax in our Private Aroma Steam room before a Private Mineral Bath or one of our indulgent spa experiences. The combination of gentle warmth and steam infused with aromatherapy oils will soothe the mind and relax the body. Enjoy alone or with a friend.

Our body masks and wraps include a body exfoliation, facial cleanse, body mask and moisturiser application. Oceanic Elements 90 minutes This conditioning body treatment is designed to calm, relax and restore. Start with a soothing back, neck and shoulder massage, before warm mineralrich Sea Mud and natural salt is smoothed over your body before being cocooned in a comforting wrap. Restoring nourishment, your skin will feel smooth and supple.
Chocolate Champagne Wrap 90 minutes A deliciously age-defying treat for all skin types. Your body will be gently exfoliated with a decadent
polish of Mimosa flower, champagne grapes and organic sugar cane granules before you are smothered from top to toe with an antioxidant icing of the finest cocoa and nutritious active ingredients. Inhale the rich aromas as your face is gently cleansed and toned.
Thermal Purification 90 minutes Soothe and revive fatigued muscles with this deeply purifying wrap. Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. In light of this Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is a mobile phone and smoke free environment.
Bookings for The Bathhouse are not necessary, however bookings for The Sanctuary are recommended.
What to wear
When making your booking, whether your preference is for male or female staff, time of day, or having your treatment in a double treatment room with a friend, please be advised that all bookings are subject to availability.
If you are enjoying the facilities in The Bathhouse before your spa treatments, we recommend that you arrive at least two hours before your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your spa appointment so that we can properly prepare you for your treatment in a relaxing manner. Please understand that late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.
Gift vouchers are available and can be redeemed for treatments, products and packages. Vouchers can be mailed, express posted, or can be collected from Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
If you are using the Bathhouse, appropriate swimwear is required. Towels are available for hire from the lower deck reception if necessary. If you are bathing in The Sanctuary, a robe and towel will be provided for your use. At the Spa we provide robes, towels, slippers, shower caps, disposable briefs and all amenities required during your visit. A minimum age of 16 years is required for entry to The Sanctuary and The Spa. In The Bathhouse and change rooms, children under the age of 16 years must be directly supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

To ensure your preferred time and service are available, we recommend booking in advance. To secure your booking we’ll need to have a valid credit card number.

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which might affect your spa experience when making your reservation.
Allow us to help you prepare for your wedding. Visit us the day before your celebration for a selection of spa treatments to ensure you and your bridal party feels calm, and looks radiant. We welcome groups and will be pleased to customise a program to suit all occasions.

Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve Since 1865 the Daylesford and Hepburn Springs region has been known for the health-giving nature of its mineral waters. The Mineral Springs Reserve is home to five mineral springs, as well as the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa and the Hepburn Pavilion Café. Originally constructed in 1895, The Bathhouse has recently been renovated to create a magnificent day spa and Bathhouse facilities.
The Pavilion Café Built in 1908, this Edwardian heritage-listed building has long been a meeting place in Hepburn Springs. It features magnificent stained glass windows, a beautiful tiled floor and vaulted ceiling, which combine to create a unique and welcoming environment for those visiting the Mineral Springs Reserve. After a recent refurbishment, the Hepburn Pavilion Café provides an atmospheric venue for breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon tea. Settle in to the lounges by the wood-burning slow combustion stove, or sit at the outside tables and make the most of the warm sunshine. Either way, the Pavilion Café is the perfect place for a healthy snack or indulgent coffee and cake after roaming around the Mineral Springs Reserve, or as part of your Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa experience.
