Self-taught in photography with a degree in Psychology, I quickly realized it wasn't my path. But I do know that I have always wanted to understand what makes people tick or act the way they do. I want to know people down to their very core. Coupled with my being a hopeless romantic and my adoration of stories, I inadvertently fell head over heels in love with love. Inspired by everything from the the look a groom gets on his face when he sees his bride for the very first time to the mist and roar of a waterfall in a canyon; my style blends the natural landscape with raw human emotion and connection. Everybody has a story and I want to know yours. So hello, my name is Marcela. I would love to take your photo.

MY PHILOSOPHY Weddings are tough and everyone knows it. I'm not looking to make this any harder for you. The most important thing for you should be to find someone you get along with who's going to have your back on arguably one of the biggest days of your life. So if you like my style, I'd love to get to know you and create some beautiful imagery together.
You don't have to worry about me. I want you to focus on your big day and the one you love. My style is super organic and natural, so instead of your images coming out posed and contrived I'll emphasize you being present in the moment (while sometimes nudging you in the right direction). Because when you stop and realize that you're marrying your best friend, that all your friends and family are there to watch your union and celebrate your love, I want to capture you beaming and radiating with love.
