before joining civitas architects as an architectural intern, i was contracted to redesign the firms’ website. once the schematic wireframe had been selected, i worked independently to consolidate and organize 23 projects onto the server where the portfolio would be stored. guided by web standards and my aesthic demands, a rigorous selection process helped to further organize the portfolio pieces. our design goals were to produce an elegant and simple navigation of the firm’s portfolio while striving for optimal loading performance online.
