The Marches School ~ Year 7 Geography Lockdown Project As part of the recovery curriculum Year 7 Geography students have investigated the impact of lock down on the environment. They researched the global and national impacts of lockdowns and designed and carried out their own investigation into the impact of lockdown on the school site. They designed their data collection methods to compare the environment of the school site before, during and after lockdown. They considered the reliability and accuracy of their data, presented their results, came to conclusions and evaluated their investigation. They have produced a fantastic range of work over the project including posters about the environmental impacts of lockdown at a range of scales, used a range of techniques to present their data, created complete write ups of the project and detailed evaluations of how they could improve their investigations.
