I was a participating student on the ‘Exhibition of VISUAL ART DEPARTMENT’ (VAD) in ISI, Yogyakarta, Indonesia from Eszterházy Károly College, Eger, Hungary. So, I had an opportunity to make something, and finally i built an installation, combinated with my own illustrations.
The name (CAVE) based on the ancient painting of a cave, because my illustrations’ textures on these wood boards are about the same. The shape of project logo is symbolized the top view of installation. The illustration’s topics are about my own world (my own space) and the characters were personal experience too.
The first board is about my SELF-EXPRESSION illustration, symbolized my style and the topic of my illustrations. The ‘Coraline’ character is the most important milestone for me, as a character and story too. The last board is about the elephant, as the most important symbol of indonesian culture.
VAD 28th May - 4th June, ISI, Yogyakarta, Indonesia
The technique was acrilyc on 3 board. (The 4th board is empty, because of the visitors, and they have an opportunity to paint something personal too. SIZE: 240 Ă— 120 cm /piece.)
The exhibiton was opened from 28th May to 4th June. After the end of the exhibitons, the lectors of ISI chose my work to the Fine Ats Department’s art collection of Indonesia. It was the biggest pleasure that I‘ ve ever got. Thank you so much ISI for this opportunity and experience too.
