Marc A. Korenberg is an experienced finance executive with a broad and diverse career spanning over two decades. With expertise in financial strategy, business operations, and corporate leadership, he has consistently helped organizations optimize performance and drive sustainable growth. His ability to solve complex challenges and implement effective solutions has made him an invaluable leader in the companies he has worked with. Marc’s journey in the business world began after he graduated from the University of Vermont in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Business. He later earned an MBA in Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management, strengthening his foundation in financial principles. His first significant role was with UBS Investment Bank in New York City, where he worked in corporate finance. At UBS, he developed a strong understanding of financial markets and strategy, and he quickly proved his capability, being assigned to assist senior management in key decision-making processes. However, Marc’s path took a significant turn in 2001. The events of September 11 deeply impacted him, prompting him to reconsider his career and enlist in the United States Army. After completing Infantry school, Airborne Paratrooper jump school, and Special Forces training, he joined the 82nd Airborne Division. As a paratrooper, he honed his leadership skills and discipline, qualities that would prove invaluable in his later professional life. He served in the Army until 2005, gaining a unique perspective on leadership, teamwork, and resilience. Upon returning to civilian life, Marc shifted to the motorcycle industry, joining a family-owned dealership in Bear, Delaware. With his background in finance, he quickly moved from sales to a role in the company’s finance department. His leadership abilities were soon recognized, and he became the General Manager for Sales and Finance. In this position, he oversaw the business's financial operations and strategy, driving significant company performance improvements.
