ÑÔN VÒ THIEÁT KEÁ Taäp ñoaøn P&T ñöôïc hình thaønh tính töø naêm 1868 bôûi OÂng William Salway, OÂng Salway ñaõ thaønh laäp vaên phoøng cuûa mình vaøo ngaøy 01/10/1868 ngay taïi Hoàng Koâng. Teân tuoåi cuûa OÂng seõ luoân gaén lieàn vôùi Coâng ty haøng traêm naêm. Arthur Turner, moät kyõ sö kieán truùc ít ñöôïc bieát ñeán, ñaõ gia nhaäp Coâng ty cuøng moät naêm vôùi Palmer. Caû hai daàn nhanh choùng trôû thaønh ñoái taùc cuûa nhau. Keå töø naêm 1890, Coâng ty laáy teân “Palmer & Turner”. Naêm 1982, ñeå thuaän tieän cho vieäc phaùt trieån, Coâng ty thay ñoåi hình thöùc thaønh taäp ñoaøn ñeå lieân keát ñieàu haønh caùc vaên phoøng khu vöïc vôùi teân goïi “Taäp ñoaøn P&T”. DESIGNING COMPAN Y The origins of the P&T Group date back to 1868 when William Salway opened his first office on the first of October, 1868 in Hong Kong. His name would be associated with the company for the next 100 years. Arthur Turner, a structural engineer, about whom little is known, joined the firm in 1884. Both Palmer and Turner were made partners in due course. From 1890 onwards, the practice carried the name “Palmer & Turner”. - As the design, the completing waterway transportation is convenient effectively to operate for the gang of two 400-ton barges, and inland waterway vessels that has the load equal or less than 300 tons. This work equals to the inland waterway level III, and it facilitates the transportation of goods from Viet Phat Industrial Area to other adjacent ports faster and cheaper. In the other hand, by this system, the materials and products would be exchanged easily between Viet Phat Industrial Area and surrounding areas. Overall, the convenient of this canal also has conformity to the development of Thu Thua District and Long An province as well. ° Bonded warehouse & the benefits: The developer of Viet Phat Industrial Park and Urban Area has also planned a combination between Sea-port system and a 46.34-ha Bonded warehouse – yard.
