Diagnosis and urban design project’s proposal for urban renewal in a fragmented area exposed to industrial and natural risks. The proposal mainly deals with flood risk and leads to the emergence of a new relation to water on the site. It provides with urban and architectural tools to adapt the existing fabric to such an event, thus targeting issues of livability, mobility and awareness.
