There is a larger concentration of buildings on the highlands versus the lowlands.
Building Orientation
Buildings located on the highlands are oriented outwards while on the lowlands they are orientated internally.

There is an order to the blocks on the highlands while the lowlands are more open.

•Pedestrian pathways connecting the “towers” to the perimeter buildings. This pathway is raised allowing for more light into the lowland. •Towers that touch the lowland level while being predominantly on the highland level. •Proposed streets to break up the site and in order to get to the parking for the towers. The streets cut through the towers, dividing them between lobby and parking spaces on the ground level
