Our workplace is a virtual (sometimes physical) solar system; the center is real, surprising good communications solutions. The structure is concentric and fluid for disciplines and desks so that everyone’s an equal, inclusive contributor we can include or dispose disciplines as required, and we are all happy doing our work. TO DO’S Because we are virtual, we will stay close and communicate often. Stay abreast with possibilities and technologies. Enhance information sharing. Respect everyone’s contribution and never stop having fun working.
