TORTAS FRITAS . Ingredients: 1 medium cup of self- rising flour ½ kg of flour 0000 Ÿ cup medium of oil 1 egg Warm water to mix 1 coffee spoonful of salt 1 coffee spoonful sugar Cow grease to fry

STEPS. 1- Knead in a bowl the two types of flour, salt, sugar, oil and warm water but remember that the secret of a good torta frita is kneading well. 2- Leave the dough to rest until the dough grows (for at least 30 minutes). Then take the dough, stretch and cut in to circles like the size of a small plate. 3- Fry the circles of dough in the cow grease that it should be melted. When the dough became yellow, take off and wins out. If you like sweet tortas fritas cover them with sugar, or with salt if you prefer salty tortas fritas.
RECOMENDATION Eat them hot because you will feel better thei taste and if you have mate too they are good partners in a rainy afternoon.
PUMPKIN JELLY
Ingredients: ripe pumpkin 1 ½ kg of sugar Flavors (vanilla essence, lemon hull, spirits)
. STEPS 1- This is an easy way to make that jelly. You only have to put in the stew 2kg the diced pumpkin and 1.5kg of sugar. Leave it to macerate in the pot during two days. The pumpkin will release all the water only with sugar and then after two days, the mixture is ready to put in the fire. 2- Put it on medium heat until the first boil, then turn the heat down and cook it for 8 hours.

2-wash corn and beans,
