10 ideas
This work develops the theme of the construct of death and the image of the ritual space. Dying, an inherent event of every human being, has been assumed with skepticism and denial. In parallel, the spaces that surround this event have become urban waste, segregated and hidden spaces. The Project focuses on the catacombs of the General Cemetery, a space that appears to be in neglect, however, it houses a host of stories, memories and memories, buried to the south, at the bottom, below, is in this case what we call " the grave of the grave " Through the development of 10 ideas, as a work methodology, the subtractive reconfiguration of the stereotomic structure of space is proposed, for the containment of the vacuum, generating links between the current pattern system and a system to be inserted.

orotina
Beyond functionality Casa Orotina seeks the materialization of a sensory space by modeling as a creative process, allowing a peripheral vision and tactile feeling of the components when building the space. Modeling allows us to talk about textures, to manipulate the material with our hands, to experience the idea through the sense of touch where the sensation awakens, leading us to feel, to perceive.

CASA CEN TRO Casa Centro was designed based on the spatial and functional needs of its owners, resulting in a type of architecture that combines simple geometries, open spaces and pure materials. The site's main feature is that it's surrounded by walls on all four sides, so the location of the house raises separated around the perimeter of the adjoining, giving the feeling that the house is released and floats within the four walls. The interior is divided into two floors, in the first level the space is divided into three blocks; the master bedroom in the most private sector, the social area which is hierarchized by a double height and the kitchen area. Then, on the second level there are the secondary bedrooms and a living area for the children.

Cog n i tive
seeks to respect and exploit the aesthetic of the pre-existing building.
From the cognition and interpretation of the original space the conceptualization of the project emerges, which seeks to respect and exploit the aesthetic of the pre-existing building and what it already expressed. With the intention of accentuating the aesthetics of the shed, the original structure of trusses and columns is evidenced by the color black and these along with the electrical and mechanical installations instead of being hidden, they are also exposed throughout the entire space. Lightweight materials such as galvanized sheet or plaster and glass are used for enclosures. Continued by the use of wood that gives texture and warmth to certain relevant spaces as the reception and the meeting room. Contemplating every last detail and being an integral part of the architectural design, the furniture was designed and built according to the needs of the space. Dark metals are combined with wood and orange chairs are the only accents of color throughout the space.

c'vi che C'VICHE is a new commercial space for raw cuisine, which seeks to project the lightness of its food through a simple, fresh and balanced design concept. The existing space was characterized by its close relationship with the outside and non-existent access points of light, so the facade is intervened by the transparency of the glass, optimizing the relationship with the exterior and causing sensation of amplitude in space. The internal configuration is determined by the elongated geometry of the premises, which proposes to divide the space into two parallel axes that optically accentuates the length of the space and delimits the kitchen and the sitting area. For its part, the materiality projects a range of cold colors and light materials such as light wood and white metals, which with the furnishing's pure geometry and other design components it reflects the simple and fresh image of raw cooking.

east side
creating in its entirety a warm and modern space
East Sight emerges as a residential building of 9 exclusive contemporary design lofts that seeks to satisfy the needs of a niche market of young professionals, located in an area of expansion within the metropolitan area. The general distribution scheme consists of two volumes with three housing units per floor, joined by a central circulation space. This allows each of the apartments to have a main façade towards the public area, also optimizing the natural lighting and ventilation system, and opening the space to the visuals of the area. The internal distribution of the apartments arises in two levels articulated by a double height that allows to create ample, open and flexible spaces. Additional natural materials such as wood, concrete, metal and glass are combined, creating in its entirety a warm and modern space for the enjoyment of its users.
