Mariana Giraldo is a product designer specialized in textiles and surfaces with a big interest in daily live objects, habits, and the relationships between them, which makes her curious about cultures and drives her to create new objects and surfaces. After several projects she has found that this process of research and creation gives her a great passion for geometry and handwork that ultimately leads her through thorough explorations and experimentations with different materials and technics, always leaving room for the unexpected and often giving a special place to sustainability. In addition to this, her love for details and sense of humor allows her to always strive to find new design opportunities.
