COFFEE CITY Shop front alterations with associated advertisement consent Location: London Program: Commercial Project Year: 2019 Category: Advertisement, Interior Design Size: 122m2 Type: Individual Project Role: 3D models, Technical drawings, DAS. Program Used: Revit, Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop. The proposal retains the existing facades, but replaces the fixed glazed system of the west elevation with a sliding-folding system maintaining the same grid. This allows the entire facade to be opened up completely and create a panoramic view of the dock. The proposal will provide seating area which will be benefit from large glazed windows/doors, a coffee bar, storage and a toilet. The proposal would demolish the existing garage and replace it with a new dwelling in a similar form, but including a gap at ground level allowing the creation of shared access to the rear of both houses. The frontage of the proposed dwelling would be wider and It would maintain a significant gap to the north between the built form and the boundary. The layout plans show the house (69sqm) with 3 1 bedroom for 2 people into the current space. The living/dining areas have been located at the back and front, respectively, ensuring plenty of natural light and a sense of open outlook. Also, the bedroom and the bathroom on the second floor will be provided with natural light.
