WHO AM I?
I am from Caracas, Venezuela, a country rich in architecture, music, folklore and natural resources. Right now they are living a great political and economic crisis. When I finished my undergraduate degree in architecture and urbanism, I went to live in Mexico (Monterrey and Mexico DF) for 10 years where I got my degree in Education, dedicated to work for humanitarian action and social responsibility. In 2012 I returned to Venezuela, dedicating myself to architecture again. Until this year I decided to deepen my career as a designer studying the Master of Interior Architecture at FIU.
Being my mom architect, also pushed my tendency always by design. I always admired how my mom makeup her self, dressed, decorated the house, buy flowers, chose fabrics with elegance and simplicity. These moments I´ve remembered as strong base for my career.
Why study design? It is a way to coexist and cooperate with the environment. I feel committed to the space around me since I take the first step on it. I watch, I go around, I enjoy it (at best), I absorb perhaps some teaching. And this brings me to create in my mind, on paper, on the computer, in reality; designs spaces that positively affect and connect with whom dwell. The design studio for me no end, is a constant search for balance, beauty, practicality, comfort. Since it is at the service of man, and he is in constant search of happiness, the design goes ahead as a way to approach it.

My hobbies: Yoga, jogging, listening to music, view photos and collecting them (especially older ones), craft work and jewelry. I have some hobbies that want to practice like learning another language, photography, wine sommelier!
Green! I look to buy clothes with combinations of bright colors, green, orange, blue, red. Vintage style. Dressed as a bluejean with a white shirt, mark my style. Always with shoes and bag a contrasting color. Elegance and simplicity with a touch of originality. The gray, as base tone with colors coming from the materials: vegetal wall, stonewall, wood furniture; are some of the elements that more I like design and rendering with. Car, phone, laptop, always in white or black.

COLOR+PSYCHOLOGY
How through the colors used in the film production industry can not only transmit a script but to create specific feelings in every person. In this film the color ... and Amelie are the protagonists.
"AmĂŠlie" is a fanciful comedy about a young woman who discretely orchestrates the lives of the people around her, creating a world exclusively of her own making. Shot in over 80 Parisian locations, acclaimed director Jean-Pierre Jeunet Director: Jean-Pierre Jeunet Cinematography: Bruno Delbonnel
This film speaks through its colors.
Conveys the story of a
young timid girl, who had a rare and sad childhood. Where imagination and fantasy were present from her early years. She experienced his own goodness and altruism to plan strategically the meeting of a man with his past and the result was pleasing. There arise more plans to help many of those around. Still, she is a "disaster" as its neighbor painter said. He gives impetus and courage to achieve what she wants, her love. A young man, Nino who crosses the subway.
She learns to achieve her dreams. It is a refreshing and profound message history.
Amelie was alone in her childhood, did not go to school. And its great fun : imagination . Simple and fun in their games. But still , alone. In this scene , in sepia tones , red begins to appear as part of their games, likes and dislikes.

PROPORTION+SCALE UNITY+HARMONY
Without consideration of
scale, in
particular, human scale, our everyday activities would be more difficult. Scale refers to the relationship between two or more objects, one that has a commonly known size. In most cases, the size of objects is compared to our own human scale.
Harmony can be described
as sameness, the belonging of one thing with another. The repetition of design elements like colour, texture, shape, and form is one of the easiest ways to achieve harmony to create a composition.
Unity is when the elements in a
space combine to make a balanced, harmonious complete whole. The space feels right and everything works together. The result is a pleasing feeling, that everything is right with the space.
Proportion is a word often used
interchangeably with scale although there is one subtle difference between the two definitions. While scale is more absolute, proportion is truly relative and requires the interior designer to understand the interactions between objects within a 3 dimensional space. For most designers, it’s a difficult thing to explain when objects in a room are in proportion – this is what we refer to as having “an eye for design”. There is no right or wrong when it comes to this application of proportion. As it can alter the way our spaces look and feel, getting proportion “right” all depends on the intent of the designer.

And I recognized many variations that conveyed something different, which is important , because every person, every customer looks for a particular and different experience.

The greatest blessing in the capital city of Caracas, is undoubtedly the Avila National Park, which separates north of the sea. It´s a real green lung, as well as an excellent place for recreation and exercise. It also serves to guide anyone, always indicating where north is. And it is certainly a great ornament of the city. Venezuela boasts several thousand miles of the Caribbean Sea coast. Thousands of beaches are as diverse as the natural bounties of the country ranging from well equipped family beaches to rugged and isolated windsurfers escapes.

COLOR _ PALETTE Colors in Thailand matter. At least for part of the Buddhist population. In Thai (and Khmer) tradition, each day of the week is assigned a specific color. This is the reason, you see many people wearing yellow on Mondays, pink on Tuesdays, and so on. The specific color of each day depends on an astrological rule (influenced by Hindu mythology) and is based on the color of the God who protects the day.
SUNDAY
Red is the color for Sundays, and it’s associated with Surya, a solar God, who was born on this day. Many Thai people pay their respects to Surya by wearing red on his birthday each year. In Thai culture, the Orange it’s symbolic of fire. The orange-colored spice, saffron, is

CONCLUSION After this course I acknowledge with gratitude that I really delved into the theory of color. My sense of wonder and enjoyment of each space and landscape has grown. And I know I still have a lot to learn and practice how to apply the color in my design . But I know where to start, thanks to this class I have the necessary tools to work with color in all its forms and varieties. I want to reach people , to feel comfortable in the space I can design , and color is an important element for me from the beginning and not the end as a decorative element . Mariana Lamberti
