NEW CAR ENTRANCE AND ACCESS TO POOL
NEW ENTRANCE
IN COLLABORATION WITH CARAKAS DESIGN GROUP
Remodeling and restoration of a Colonial house built in 1936. The project aimed to preserve the original style, maintaining and enhancing the wood floor, marble finishes, and detailed doors and windows. The
landscaping
design
was
an
important part of the project, where a pool and a car entrance were added to the property. The interior design concept proposed give a touch of modernity within social spaces and private areas like bathrooms, closets, and kitchen.

The main purspose of the design was to intervene the original interior space in order to create a new spacious and efficient rooms Modernity and design innovations were given especially to the kitchen and bathrooms.

The opening of spaces through large windows and the construction of terraces offer an enjoyment of nature and the landscape present.
A NEW SOCIAL AREA WITH A BRICK-MADE BARBECUE AND AN OUTDOOR DINING BECAME THE SPECIAL FEATURE OF THIS HOME
STONE AND MARBLE WERE THE SELECTED FINISHES FOR THE SOCIAL SPACES COMBINED WITH MODERN FURNITURE.

[DESIGN 3] RETAIL design Select a Brand and design its flagship store at Brickell City Center. The concept was developed from the specific characteristics of the brand and marketing elements: colors, about cars, for kids and collectors.
[DESIGN 4] In order to design an “Elderly environment� we had to define the location around South Miami Metrorail, related with the Underline upcoming project, define a type of building oriented for Senior, and develop an exterior and interior space. GREEN HOUSE CAFE, a place for gardening and gathering.
