Project developed by me, Bianca Mallet and Carolina Abreu for the Visual Communication Project IV discipline at Esdi (Superior School of Industrial Design).
Tatu (Brazilian pronunciation of the word tattoo) is a young magazine in which content revolves around the tattoo and body modification universe. The idea was to create a publication that presented the content in a different way than what is currently done by other magazines in our market.
The project had a research phase in which we had to analyze similar printings with the same subject, so that we could be able to identify a target audience. We compiled and structured the content so that future issues could keep cohesive. Also, we were responsible for the art direction, to pick the publicity ads inside the pages and to design three cover options to illustrate their visual system.
