Center of Lisbon Portugal has two great metropolitan urban areas: in the North, the Greater Metropolitan Area of Porto and, in the Center-South, the Greater Metropolitan Area of Lisbon.
Portugal Portugal, officialy as the Portuguese Republic, is a country situated in Southwestern Europe, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and Spain. In the 15th and 16th centuries, as the result of pioneering the Age of Discovery, Portugal expanded western influence and established a global empire among Africa, Asia, Oceania and South America.
LC NOVA has its main office in NOVA School of Business and Economics of NOVA University and will open the second one in the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies in the other side of Tagus River.
AIESEC in Portugal is divided in 11 LCs: Minho, Porto FEP, Porto Católica, Covilhã UBI, Aveiro, Coimbra, Lisboa ISEG, Lisboa Católica, Lisboa NOVA, Lisboa ISCTE and Faro.
The LC in NOVA University re-opened in 2004, after some years closed. Since that year, AIESEC in NOVA had a considerable growth, being awarded: •

The Masters in Finance of NOVA has entered the first edition (2011) of the Financial Times Masters in Finance ranking. The Masters in Management of NOVA has entered in 2010 in the ranking. The school has done extremely well in categories such as the quality of its placement services and of its faculty. In 2010, CEMS MIM was ranked 2nd and joint first in the 3-year ranking, being ranked 1st in the world in 2009
