CUARENTA comes from the concept of generating a modulated, regulated space, where the presence of Pladur becomes noticeable. This project focuses on MODULATION, but also on INTEGRATION, EFFICIENCY and life in COMMUNITY.

INTEGRATION The idea of creating a friendly architecture. Both with the environment where it is established, and with the inhabitants that inhabit it. We create a space that rests delicately on the established ground, to try to modify it as little as possible. Let the building be the one that adapts, and not the terrain. This concept is what is observed in the architecture of the small town of Paradinha, Porto, where the project is established.

EFFICIENCY Committed to sustainability, for that reason the building is structured according to the modulations offered by Pladur, so that the loss of material is minimal.

LIFE IN COMMUNITY Finally, the concept of community, of new forms of coexistence. The integration of the public space into the private, through the design and layout of the proposed project.
