• A cell is the smallest unit of life . • It is a living thing because it performs the three vital functions: – Nutrition – Interation – Reproduction

There are two kinds: Animall cell

 CYTOPLASM is inside the cell, it is a viscous liquid.  The NUCLEUS contains the material necessary to reproduce and to assign the activities of the cell.  The ORGANELLES perform various cell functions.  The CELL MEMBRANE is the outer shell.

Cell wall


The CELL WALL is a rigid structure that surround the cell membrane. CHLOROPLASTS are green organelles that capture light and produce nutrients. In both animal and plant, the nucleus is separated from the cytoplasm by a MEMBRANE.
