ATHLEISURE Be it on the way to work, school, over a lunch with your friends or even drinks; performance wear for women of all ages has become fashionable. This so-called «athleisure trend» is believed to be a result of people not only looking at fitness as a hobby, but also as an all-around lifestyle. In other words; the perfect trend for a KT-girl. But what may pass for sporty chic on a blogger, sipping a post-workout shake at a fancy juice bar – might not have quite the same charm on a student who squeezed in a spin class before school … with little time for an outfit change. The latest KT spring active wear collection has blurred the lines between locker room and your everyday wardrobe, to create something you can wear comfortably and fashionably anywhere.

INVEST IN QUALITY PIECES The athleisure trend is a perfect way of keeping comfortable and trendy in a hectic lifestyle. But there is a small catch: While you’ll feel relaxed in such pieces, you risk looking sloppy. So, don´t just throw on an old tee and sweat pants. Invest in quality pieces that mix function and fashion. This way, you can go straight from class to the gym while still looking sharp!

2. MIX MASCULINE AND FEMININE A cool way of working the athleisure trend into your everyday wardrobe is to mix more masculine pieces with feminine ones. Throw on a bomber over your favourite dress, or combine it with a tight skirt. Leave your heels at home and go for a pair of sporty, clean sneakers – comfy and cool! 3. ACCESSORIZE ACCORDINGLY Gold hoop earrings or a thin chain necklace will glam up a sporty look. Nineties inspiration at its finest! A cap adds a cool touch to your look, and don’t forget your favourite bag! Classy chic and sporty.
4. PLAY WITH PATTERNS Style with tone on tone matching colours for a soft, «Kardashian» (if you will) discrete-look. Or make it more interesting by adding a patterned garment to your outfit. 5.
