The scheme creates a dynamic archive of the Yugoslavian entertainment in attempt to evoke or simulate nostalgic memories of the period, extracting the war and years of struggle from the recollection. Using projections of images and videos popular during the 80s and 90s, the building and its materials together merge to visualise the physical past to the visitors. sarajevo, bosnia and herzegovina http://www.ds4.co.uk/archive-for-yugonostalgia.html

The brief included an array of specialist internal spaces including workshops, library, gallery and a large concert hall. The building takes irregular shape - a reflection of the existing site topography. The hierarchy of spaces throughout the site is dictated by the concentration of public and private buildings. The campus buildings also feature extensive eco-friendly, energy harvesting systems such as ground source heat pumps and rain water recycling. rochester, kent

Expansion from 420 to 630 pupil spaces. I have had an opportunity to work actively on the feasibility and design stages. Additionally, I was collaborating with two parallel projects on the development of a common design approach which aims to deliver a high quality, cost effective design and structural solution. The scheme comprises of a single story classroom block, cladded in dark stained larch with a monopitched zinc roof and glulam structure.
