Reshaping Photos Taken in Portrait Format into Landscape Format for Use in Tempo MLS

Open the Paint program (usually located by clicking Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint) Change the size of the default picture (simply a white space at this point) 1. On the Image menu, click Attributes. 2. Under Units, click Pixels as the unit of measurement you want to use for the width and height. 3. Type the measurements in Width and Height. (640 x 480 or 800 x 600 are most appropriate for Tempo MLS property images) Insert your property image file into the current picture (white space) 1. On the Edit menu, click Paste From. 2. Locate and double-click the file you want to insert (the property photo you took in Portrait Format). 3. Click and hold down the mouse button then drag the property image to position it correctly in the center of the white space. 4. On the File menu, click Save As 5. Choose where you want to save your newly sized/shaped photos (Desktop, folder on c-drive, etc.) 6. Type a File Name of your choosing in the box at the bottom of the Save As dialog box 7. Choose JPEG (*.JPG;*.JPEG;*.JPE;*.JFIF) from the Save As Type drop down menu at the very bottom of the Save As dialog box
